As the battle continued to rage on changes began to occur, not just with the teams but with the battlefield itself
When Seekvaira's peerage made progress the terrain seemed to progress with her, the jungle taking on a metallic hue as if been taken over by a metal virus
On the other hand, if Aremic's peerage fought back and began to push into Seekvaira's area, the plant life would extent its vines across into the industrial looking area, taking over them as plants forced through the metal surface as if taking back the area from the devils
As each side gained the advantage the other side would retaliate by using a robot or a creature that was able to deal with whatever it was facing more easily
If Seekvaira started to progress with large numbers of small robots, Aremic would respond by sending in a large defensive creature that would be able to withstand the weaker robots assault alongside a strong beast that could rip apart the robots once they were out of ammo
But in response to this Seekvaira would send out robots that have powerful long range attacks that are able to penetrate the creatures defences along with the creature behind it
The stalemate continued for a long time, with each side starting to run low on metal and creatures that they could use
"Seekvaira-sama, although the mining robots are bringing back more materials from the environment, they are unable to keep up with the speed that we are using them, if we don't do something we will run out of materials and will be unable to withstand their assault" one of Seekvaira's peerage informed her
"They should be in a similar situation on their side" Seekvaira determined "as such we should take advantage of that, other than focusing on defending and holding the line focus all available resources on creating the chrono battler" she ordered
On the other side of the field a similar situation was occurring
"Aremic-sama, we are running low on familia's, and the brood mother that we have been using to produce our normal soldiers is running low on energy as we have used up the nutrient solutions that we have brought with us, she will not be able to produce any more units for us to use for the remainder of the battle" one of the scientists informed Aremic
"Damn it" Aremic swore, knowing that Seekvaira would be low on units as well and that victory was just out of reach "Varyn, how is the status of our secret weapon?"
"It is still gestating" Varyn replied as he brought up a screen showing a large egg that was resting in their base "I'm afraid it won't hatch in time to make a difference on the battle"
"What if we were to use 'that'?" Aremic asked
"If we were to use 'that' our secret weapon would be able to deal with anything that Seekvaira-sama throws at us" Varyn responded "but are you sure you wish to use it, it is still in an experimental phase and we could lose control if things go wrong"
"What better time to use it then, if things go wrong only the rating game field will be damaged and not our lab" smiled Aremic "do it" he ordered
"As you wish" Varyn bowed as he took a syringe filled with a yellowish green liquid in it and made his way to the egg
Due to each side being low on supplies and materials, the skirmishes between the two parties began to get smaller and smaller, something that the announcer noticed
"Ladies and gentlemen, futas and furries, it seems like the battle is starting to reach the end game, both sides seem, to be running low on units and seem to be planning something big to be able to deal with whatever the other side has planned for them, what will they have in store for us, I have no idea, but I can't wait to find out and I'm sure that you can't either" he proclaimed with an energetic voice
"I can see this being a rating game that is very popular with young boys" commented Blaze as she threw a piece of popcorn in her mouth "monsters verses robots will make them really excited"
"Yes but that might put off the female audience" Rias remarked "especially the bugs will cause it so that the more casual fans might skip this game"
"What are you talking about" Xenovia exclaimed "I love this and I can't wait to battle against either side, taking on ferocious animals or dealing with high tech robots is something that seems like great fun"
"And that's why Rias said the more casual fans might be put off" chuckled Akeno "of course there are some fans out there like you who really like this kind of stuff, I mean Seekvaira herself is like that which is why she uses robots in the first place even though she has such strong time based abilities"
"Something big seems to be happening" Koneko interjected, causing the conversation to stop as everyone's eyes were drawn back to the game where large changes where happening to each side of the field
On Seekvaira's side her whole base seemed to be rising into the air as its shape began to change, the windows getting covered, leaving only 2 at the front open as they took on a green hue as it changed into a more helmet like shape as a giant body rose out of the ground
On the other side Aremic's base had an opening at the side where a group of creatures pulled out a large egg that was pulsing and cracking, as a piece of the shell fell off something could be seen with it, the beast within opening its eye and locking on to the large robot on the other side of the field, with a large roar it burst free from its shell and started to grow at an incredible speed, quickly reaching the same size as the giant robot
"It's a giant robot vs kaiju battle" shouted the announcer as both side got into position to begin the battle between each teams trump card.
