Chapter 1 - Rohan & Meghla – A Story of Love, Pain, and Adventure

In a quiet riverside town lived a brave and kind-hearted boy named Rohan. His life had not always been easy. After losing his father at a young age, he grew up helping his mother and chasing his dreams with silent determination. Behind his smile, there was pain—but also hope.

One rainy afternoon, while standing near the old wooden bridge, Rohan saw a girl dancing in the rain as if she had no worries in the world. Her name was Meghla—a name that meant "cloud," and just like clouds, she carried both sunshine and storms within her.

Their first meeting was simple. A shared umbrella. A shy smile. A small conversation about the beauty of rain.

But that small moment changed everything.

Soon, they became friends. They walked along the riverbank, shared stories about their dreams, and laughed under the golden sunset. Meghla's cheerful spirit slowly healed the sadness in Rohan's heart, while Rohan's quiet strength made Meghla feel safe and understood.

Then came the adventure.

One evening, during a village festival, a sudden storm hit. The river began to rise dangerously, and a small child got stranded near the flooded shore. Without hesitation, Rohan rushed forward. The current was strong, the rain heavy, and the villagers afraid—but Rohan's courage was stronger than his fear.

Meghla stood at the edge, praying, her heart trembling.

After a tense moment that felt like forever, Rohan managed to save the child and return safely. The crowd cheered, but Meghla ran to him first, tears mixing with rain.

"I was so scared," she whispered.

Rohan smiled softly. "As long as you're here, I'm not afraid of anything."

That night, under a sky slowly clearing from storm to starlight, they realized something deeper than friendship had grown between them.

But life had another twist.

Meghla's family decided to move to the city for better opportunities. The day she left, the sky was cloudy again—just like her name. They promised to follow their dreams and meet again, no matter how long it took.

Years later, Rohan became a successful engineer and returned to rebuild the old bridge where they first met. On the day of its reopening, as he stood proudly before the crowd, he saw a familiar face walking toward him.

It was Meghla.

She had returned as a journalist, strong and confident, carrying the same warm smile.

The bridge that once connected two sides of the river now symbolized something more—it connected two hearts that had survived distance, pain, and time.

As the sun set behind them, Rohan took Meghla's hand and said,

"Storms may come and go, but some bonds are stronger than the river itself."

And this time, the sky was clear.
