Hi everyone
Haven't uploaded in a while, and the short of it is that I wasn't really happy with where the story is going. The new story is out under the same name, with 50 chapters up. If you're an early bird and reading this as soon as I release it, it might be a little under 50 since I'm still uploading all the chapters.
Anyway if you want the longer version.
Here's roughly what changed:
- No More Mutants
Partway through, I included mutants from the X-Men side of Marvel. I regret doing it and I think it'd be better to just purely stick with the MCU. And beyond that, I'm sure all Marvel fans know that mutants are making their way into the MCU regardless, so I'd rather just go with that.
- Early chapters are mostly the same
The first ~20 ish chapters have been edited but they are mostly the same. I'd say chapter 19 is where the story properly branches out. I doubt you all remember the story perfectly so I'd suggest a reread.
- Faster pacing and more MCU
One thing I always disliked about Marvel fanfictions is that the MC would always take so long to really get involved with the big characters like the Avengers. That's fair enough, but to be honest, that's boring for me. The MC will get tangled up with the Avengers very very quickly.
