Aches and smoke filled the air in 𝙷𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚕𝚋𝚛 ,the cloud above it was enveloped with smoke from the huge flames underneath, making the sky darker. As if the gods was on a shift that day, it started raining, raining on the dead soldiers, thousands of soldiers had fallen and more on their way to kiss the soil of the earth, although it rained , most of the flames still stood high. King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 was on his knees , facing the rain , mixing with his tears, meanwhile 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 was still fighting off the beasts, the numbers of the beasts had reduced,the fight had subsided , thanks to the brave soldiers who gave their lives for it.
At this point 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 was already panting, not only was he exhausted from the fight but from the exposure, himself and 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 has been fighting for hours. On spur of moment, a strange 7ft man sprung from a roof,the strange man on top the building who threw the fire band and began the tragedy, he immediately drew both's attention
" I can't believe it , it's impossible " king 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 said with astonishment
the strange man laughed and said
"You better start believing, because it is true"
"Do you know who this man is, my king?" 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 asked curiously
king 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 shivering in disbelief sighed and spoke
"Yes , Indeed i do, the man before you is, Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 of 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎, our greatest adversary "
𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 broke upon hearing this, Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 laughed, he was so excited, he couldn't hide it
"This is beautiful, isn't it. ohh how I've waited for this day to come and here It is, finally happening. This feeling...., better than even the day I became Emperor, I would with no hesitation, give even my children away for a feeling like this, it truly is a pulchritudenous sight" Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 expressed while inhaling the air
"I still can't believe it, how..how did this happen, it's impo-, it's impossible, no , no , no, this cannot be happening, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 !!, wake me up!!" king 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 spoke in utter disbelief
"I'm sorry my King but this is really happening " 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 responded
"No, no way....." King Hector replied, almost loosing his voice
Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 couldn't stop laughing, he started humming and pounding his chest in a familiar rhythm
"Ohh great and mighty 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛, he weighed upon the sand
Oh great and mighty 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 , how abruptly he stand
Oh great and mighty 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 , he claimed another land
Oh great and mighty 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 , with him oh 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 is glad "
he sang , meanwhile , King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 and 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 were flabbergasted and confused, he then resumed his humming and continued
"Oh great and mighty 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 , with him oh 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 is grand
Oh great and mighty 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛, it is him that I serve

he sang sarcastically and still couldn't stop laughing

"How dare you mock the King in the present of his soldiers "
"King?, don't make me laugh, the only King here is me , and did you just say soldiers ?, where are they?, my eyes must delude me ,ohh you must mean 'the army of the dead" Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 mocked and continued his laugh
𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 grew impatient and pointed his sword at Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜
" 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 , calm down " the King instructed and 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 quickly put down his sword
"What is this ? 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 , what have you done ?" the King asked
"AHA! , finally, the grand question I've been waiting for , took you long enough" Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 expressed
"How is this possible?, what are those monsters, why are-"
"Just quit chattering you halfwit..."
Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 interrupted King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 , it provoked 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 and he was about to draw his word when the King signaled him to calm down
".....you are asking a lot of questions, allow me answer " Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 completed
"Go on then " 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 pressed
"Who says you moron gets to order me around ?, I'll have your head for that.." Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 gladius replied as he reached for his axe , the air became intense, they all started reaching ,he stopped and said
"...after I answer your questions of course , relax you scaredy cats ,I've got nothing to lose in telling you everything now. The worse you can do is take it to your grave, that's if you'd have one HAHA!, and by the way, I've been waiting to see the look on your faces when you hear these " with an evil smirk
"Just get to the point faggot " 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 responded
"Did you-" the Emperor said, paused, calmed himself and continued
"There's no point in arguing with a dead man. So where do you guys want me to start ?" Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 said , grabbed a small rock ,sat down, waiting for an answer , meanwhile King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 looking completely bamboozled , nobody answered him, it ticked him off a little, he sighed and said
"You really are an ungrateful bunch , ain't you? , well.....I'm gonna start from the beginning" his smirk immediately died down completely and he continued
"For as long as history echoes, 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 has always been a step ahead of 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 , stumping over any kingdom that it trends upon , with absolute dominance. It was centuries ago, the house of the 𝙼𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜, a small struggling family, unbothered or rather ignored by every other house, any kingdom, were left to fend and struggle for themselves for centuries, for the sins of their forefathers ,specifically the brothers known as 'The brute 𝙼𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜 brothers' who ruled both 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 and 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 together as one kingdom with two states called the 𝙶𝚛𝚊𝚎𝚌𝚘-𝚛𝚘𝚖𝚊𝚗.
They were talked of as savages who was ruthless to the core, they only lived for the family name, everyone else was mere tool to them. Both 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 and 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 suffered tremendously in their reign, the civilization began to collapse, the citizen started becoming rebellious , due to famine , oppression and corruption. 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚊𝚗𝚜 and 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚔𝚜 began to rise against each other , the country became hell for anybody that isn't a 𝙼𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚢 , the murder rate increased significantly everyday, rape ,robbery, kidnapping and you name it , every day was a riot , while all of these was happening, the brothers paid it no mind, eating fresh food, drinking fresh wine in the 𝙲𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚕, that's when Emperor 𝚌𝚝𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚞𝚜, who was a kingsman at that time , organized a coup d'état , alongside the other kingsmen , it was one of the only times in history 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚊𝚗𝚜 and 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚔𝚜 ever came together for a common purpose, they successfully overthrew the brothers , murdered every male adult in the family, took the young girls and sent the women and children to the outskirts of 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎, leaving the whole generation abandoned, labeled them as cursed, making sure no body ever mingle with them. Shortly after, Emperor 𝙾𝚌𝚝𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚞𝚜 separated 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 from 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 once again as it was the only way to end the killings , he appointed 𝚇𝚎𝚗𝚘𝚗 as the new king of 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 , yes , your great grandfather 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 -"
"What in hell are you saying ?" 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 brutally interrupted Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜
"Ask your King, he knows what I'm talking about " Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 replied

"His majesty you say " Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 said , chortled and continued
"Read the room you coward!"
"How does any of these even explain this disaster, 𝙶𝙻𝙰𝙳𝙸𝚄𝚂 !!" King Hector interjected
"Oh yes, shall I continue?, continue to teach you your own history, hahaha....After 𝚇𝚎𝚗𝚘𝚗 was appointed King , he wasn't satisfied, he felt 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 had the upper hand because Emperor 𝙾𝚌𝚝𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚞𝚜 saved 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 , he felt that was stain to 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎's golden legacy, so not long after agreeing to the peace treaty, he waged war against 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 , the war lasted newly a decade with no victor. Emperor 𝙾𝚌𝚝𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚞𝚜 grew tired of the war and called for peace again!, 𝚇𝚎𝚗𝚘𝚗 wanted peace but his pride was greater ,so he refused, partnered with the independent 𝚂𝚙𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚜, who broke out of 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 during the brother's reign , they combined forces and attacked 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 . Rome suffered a huge defeat, it took the life of Emperor 𝙾𝚌𝚝𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚞𝚜 who was killed by 𝙻𝚎𝚘𝚛𝚗𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚜 the first. 𝚇𝚎𝚗𝚘𝚗 then allowed a renovation of 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 as Greece'sinferior, his goal was never to destroy 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 but to save 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 legacy, and you want to know what did next?, changed the history, erased the whole 𝙼𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜 brothers story because it insulted 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎'𝚜legacy, as if that wasn't enough he attempted to kill the remaining 𝙼𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜 that was sent off, then he wrote 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 of course as the greatest civilization in human history, but there was one mistake he made , a brother and sister survived the 𝙼𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜 massacre and in order to continue the family name, the brother impregnated the sister , but he realized they wouldn't survive in middle of nowhere. You see after the 𝙼𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜 were sent to the outskirts of 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 , the discrimination and the decade old war was too much heat for them , that they had to run away to a new land in the middle of nowhere, but 𝚇𝚎𝚗𝚘𝚗 managed to find them and murder them , the blood tears and screams of the 𝙼𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜 even children and babies echoed , and the cloud became dark , and beast-like creatures emerged from the darkness, evolved from pain and hatred, and fought the 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚔 soldiers, devouring almost all, leaving a few survivors, who ran for their lives and told the tales, so the city in the middle of nowhere was branded CURSED , and that city is the same city of which we stand now!, 𝙷𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚕𝚋𝚛 "
King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 and 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 was stunned, they couldn't believe it , just like ᎽϴႮ. 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 held his forehead
"What in the hell" he expressed
King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 just sat down perplexed and almost lifeless
"Ohh, I was hoping one of you would ask about the siblings, well pardon me, I'm not very good at telling stories" Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 said, cleared his throat and continued
"𝙷𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚕𝚋𝚛 was a curse to everybody, every single single being that stepped into it was devoured , except a particular set of people, the 𝙼𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜 , like the brother and sister that survived, with help of these beasts and by the way , they are called 𝙺𝚞𝚛𝚊 , they helped the siblings escape. The siblings suffered because they had nowhere to go ,no food nor water , and the sister was pregnant, eventually, the brother gave himself up for his sister to eat, and he made her promise to survive and carry on the family name. she continued surviving for months, feasting on her brother's dead and rottened body, she was on the verge of death , but she kept going for sake of her baby and the future of the family . Soon after, she met some travelers, then she passed out, they tried helping her but she already died with a baby in her womb, they tore her stomach and brought the premature baby out it was a boy , buried her and took the baby with them , snuck the baby into 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎 and they raised him till he was 7 and then gave him up to the army , that child grew up to be 𝚁𝚘𝚖𝚎'𝚜strongest soldier and became the Emperor, imagine the irony , that Emperor was my grandfather, 𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚞𝚜 , who had dreams of everything that happened to his family before him, and claimed his mother never died ,that she lived with him and told him stories. Though he was the Emperor himself and my father secretly dedicated their life to finding out if the dreams were true ,after years of digging and researching even confirming from his Forster parents, he found out everything added up, except for one thing , 𝙷𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚕𝚋𝚛 , he took my Father who was 22 at the time, and they both ventured to 𝙷𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚕𝚋𝚛 alone, upon their arrival , they saw 𝙺𝚞𝚛𝚊 ,everything was exactly how he dreamt it and the final confirmation he needed was if the 𝙺𝚞𝚛𝚊 would attack them, since their of the 𝙼𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜 family, they placed their hands close to the mouth of 𝙺𝚞𝚛𝚊 and didn't get bitten ,at that point, the story was confirmed for them.
They decided to stay there for few more days as the only way to relate to their family. Few days later, 𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚞𝚜 decided to kill himself because he felt he failed his family by becoming an Emperor to kingdom that neglected them. when my Father got home , he told them 𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚞𝚜 was killed by the beasts, and then 𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚜𝚒𝚞𝚜 was replaced by 𝙼𝚊𝚐𝚗𝚞𝚜, who was the strongest soldier at the time. Many years later my Father had me , when I became 15 years old , he told me this story , he told me my grandfather called me the chosen one, the fate of 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 and blessed me even before I was born, that was why I was never defeated , I became half 𝙺𝚞𝚛𝚊 and half human , I thrived to become the Emperor and even betrayed my only friend to get it, he was the younger brother to Emperor 𝙼𝚊𝚐𝚗𝚞𝚜 , he was the only one that could fight me. years later I killed 𝙼𝚊𝚐𝚗𝚞𝚜 and became the Emperor and since then, I have been plotting this victory and here finally , I have claimed it "
both King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 and 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 who was utterly shocked by this story, froze
"This is too absurd , I refuse to believe it " 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 disagreed
"You want proof ?! " Emperor Gladius asked , stood up, smirked and yelled
"ᏦႮᎡᎪᎪ!!"
Several of the beasts who were down , slowly got up, as if it couldn't get more shocking. At this point ,they were both afraid , this was a very unpleasant sight, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 tried overcoming the fear
"Oh rise, 𝙼𝚊𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚜 , ᎡᏆՏᎬ!" Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚄𝚂 started yelling, the flames arose even higher and hotter, lighting struck , heavy thunders, the beasts started rising .
"Rise 𝙺𝚞𝚛𝙰 , from the earth, from the aches, rise and do onto them as they did unto you, rise , Rise , RISE!!"
"Impossible" 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 expressed, conflicted , 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 stood up
"You may not believe in the spirituals 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜,but they sure are real, Draw your sword my friend, let's fight this last time, together " he encouraged , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 nodded his head, salivated, locked his face and drew his sword , five of the beasts attacked, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 attacked too, one of it jumped, diving 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 , he shifted his weight to his back foot, telegraphing everything, and quickly rolled under the beast, avoiding the dive , and before the beast could recover , it already lost it's head, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 removed it from behind without looking.
He charged towards the other four, blocked a bite with armor on his arm , stabbed another one in the stomach, slice from the stomach up to the head, splitting the upper body
dragged his armored out of the mouth of the other one with force , causing it's teeths to fall off , followed a strike with the armored arm, completely breaking it's face and falling ,giving him space to counter the other two who was approaching with speed
one swung it's hand with sharp long nails Adrastos shifted his shoulder backward, barely escaping, he lifted his hand and removed it's whole arm and immediately went for it's head , the beast ducked swiftly, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 was surprised, become they aren't normally that fast, he quickly jumped back ,the last one was still approaching with speed, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 jumped and maneuvered over it's back and went for the one that ducked ,who now possesses just one arm , it swung the arm, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 caught it in a spur of moment, and drove his sword into it's skull , Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 was a little impressed , the remaining two, one with a broken face and the other one 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 ignored, faced King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 was in a hurry to exterminate them, when King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 said
"Stand down soldier , leave them to me, they are curses but my sword is a curse binder. I'm sorry 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 but history will repeat itself today " he drew his sword , 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 was offended by this word but remained patient, both beasts plunged at the same time , it was successful, 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 was on the floor, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 sniggered, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 was worried but he stood still
"Are you not going to save your King ?" Emperor Gladius said while laughing
"If you think just two futile beasts is enough to take down the King even after he has slaughtered tens today, then you are solely mistaken " 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 replied
𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 laugh immediately seized , suspense grew, as the beasts were on top 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛, he was completely covered, then all of a sudden ,his sword emerged from of one of the beasts' spine, he pushed them off him, and quickly stood up , the other one attacked again and 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 grabbed it's broken face ,held it upward , away for him and said
"Witness this 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 , witness 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚌𝚎 brutally slaughter your family, once again "
he pushed his sword into it's neck, as it was squealing and struggling, he dragged his sword downwards, slowly slicing it to it's waist and he grabbed both side of the beasts and dragged it, completely splitting it into two.
Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 started clapping by seconds and aforesaid
"If you think that'd make me feel rage, you are definitely a coward, you expect me to be affectionate about some beasts ?, yeah they are my family , so what?, I never knew any of them and even if I do, to me they are just another part of my execution. You don't expect to break me with that poor performance you just put on , let me show you how breaking spirits is done, again! "
" What do you mean 'again', what can you possible do now?" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 pressed

" ᏀᏞᎪᎠᏆႮՏՏՏՏ!!!" as he attacked, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 quickly drew his axe , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 jumped, twisted and swung his sword aiming for 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜' head , Gladius quickly blocked it with his axe , and then suddenly king 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 came screaming and running with tears in his ears , he swung towards 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜, drew his shield from his waist and blocked it , then he pushed them back and yelled
" Yes!!, yes!!, bring it on , how I have longed for a fight like this to savor, finally!, I will savor this battle , and even when I'm bested, I will savor it even more , rage!, 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 , come at me with everything !"
he swung the shield on his right hand towards 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 ducked, by twisting himself . He swung the axe on in his left hand against 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 , 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 wasn't expecting it, he quickly jumped back, the axe cut a piece of his clothing, he landed on his butt, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 started swinging, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 kept blocking it with his shield and axe , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 started going faster with his swings, using different movements and style, even twisting himself, it kept getting harder to block, then 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 ducked and escape one swing then swiftly moved to 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 ' side and attempted to cut him with his axe , 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 quickly jumped in and blocked the axe with his sword , shifted his sword the head of the axe and pushed his sword against it with force , trying to remove the axe from 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 ' hand, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 noticed and intercepted it with his shield , kicked 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 on his chest .
"Is that all you've got ? , moreee, moreee" Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 exclaimed
𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 was approaching, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 threw his shield with force , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 ducked , fumming, he swung his sword aiming for 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜' leg , 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 threw a back flip supporting himself with his axe, this was shocking, considering how big he was , he got more furious and drew another axe
"My King , please stay behind, leave him to me, I might have no chance of winning but woe be unto any soldier that watches his king die, let me die before you my King, let me die proud, this I beg, my last wish as your soldier " 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 pleaded
" Rage!, soldier" King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 responded.
𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 ran towards 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 screaming, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 also was running towards him , 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 was the first to swing both axes aiming for 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 , he quickly bent down, and prepared his sword to block , and did , he pushed back, swung his sword, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 dodged, he swung again, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 stopped it with one axe and swung the other one aiming for his stomach , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 kicked the hand, levitated and swiftly punched 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜' face with brute force , 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 staggered a little , paused for some seconds, surprised, he then smirked and regained himself immediately, then he started started howling and recklessly swinging both his axe , it was becoming too fast for 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 to keep up with just a sword, so he was slowly shifting backwards and almost losing balance. At that point 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 knew there was trouble and quickly threw 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜' shield for 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 to block with, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 noticed and went for the shield, thinking 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 will go for it , but he didn't, he waited, at that point , 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 attempting to intercept the shield already created and opening , 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 realised but it was too late , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 slashed his stomach with his sword , blood spilled, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 bent, growled, held his stomach , they all became still, blood was rushing out , but it really didn't seem like it was affecting him much , both 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 and 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 were surprised, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 laughed and said
"I told you , I am half 𝙺𝚞𝚛𝚊 , it's gonna take a lot more than that to kill me, now let's find out how much it'll take to kill you "
He charged towards 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 , threw his axe up , caught it and lunched it with force, against 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 , it was fast , but he managed to dodge it, it hit a small rock and split it , before 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 could recover , 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 was swung the other axe, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 quickly positioned his elbow directly underneath the head of the axe to stop it , the elbow dislocated because of the force but he still held , he then dropped the sword in his right hand he blocked the axe with, caught it with his left ,swung the sword towards 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 , the swing was somewhat weak and 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 caught and held it with his palm, it tore it but he could take it, they both became still in the moment, a torn palm and a disjointed elbow, they looked at each other, waiting who will make the first move, then they simultaneously drew their weapons back with force, the sword tore 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜' palm even more and the axe tore 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜' elbow , they both shifted back , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 couldn't use his right hand anymore ,but 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 could still use both arm , he looked at the tored palm and said
"Yes!, do you know how long it has been since I bled, you have impressed me ,you have given me a battle to savor , but , it's still not enough 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 , moreee!" , he then licked the blood off his palm, picked up his shield
" Pffft, what a monster " 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 said .
Emperor 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 charged, jumped swinging his axe , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 maneuvered, dodging it and rolled underneath 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 leap, to behind him, they both turned swinging at the same time , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜'sword collided with 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜'shield, but since 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 could still use both hands and 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 could only use one, he used it as an advantage and swung his axe, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 couldn't move fast enough to avoid it , he could only move his head and the axe pierced his shoulder, he screamed, then 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 pulled it out, blood erupted ,he held his shoulder trying to stop the blood , he couldn't, obviously. He then accepted his fate , left the shoulder to bleed , he charged towards 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 , everything became slow , 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 stood, waiting , 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 stood , worried , knowing what was about to happen, 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 kept going , swung his sword, 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 ducked and swung his axe immediately , it made contact with his stomach , deep into it , blood rushed out, he coughed blood, his teeth became red, but before 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 completely raised his head , 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 held it , slammed his knee on it , broke his nose and he jumped and added a kick to it with his last ounce of strength, aimed his sword at his thigh and buried it in it , 𝙶𝚕𝚊𝚍𝚒𝚞𝚜 groaned in pain and fixed his axe on 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜'back , threw him away from himself, 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 quickly ran and caught him, blood was all over 𝙰𝚍𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚜 , couldn't even tell where the blood was coming from
"Stay with me my friend " King 𝙷𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛 said, completely broken
"I'm afraid , this last order I won't be able to fulfill my Lord, I hope 𝙰𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚜 isn't dead yet so I can die before him too, I brought this upon him , I guess he isn't as lucky as I was, surviving so many wars at a young age , I'll apologize to him when I see him, and you, my King, you can die now and wait for 𝙴𝚛𝚊𝚐𝚊 to..." he coughed blood and continued
