I stare as he settles the loss of his soul clearly effecting him, I hold him close and the door opens an hour later, we're free, I happily hum and say to Charlie "Oh my dear, I'll get your father rested up! No need to worry, we've had a delightful bonding experience!" I grin before i take him into his room, yes i own part of his soul and can form the chain but he did sell it to me to make the kingdom stronger and more in order, if heaven found out, will there be a war? Lucifer mumbles in my arms before going still again. I stay with him until he wakes his eyes wide and focused onto mine. It's hurts to realise that I've been after him since he walked into the hotel, hell, Rosie knows all about it.
"Lucifer, am i right in saying that you're fine with me having uh most of you?"
"Yeah, sure, just don't harm me" Oh I would never he puffs a laugh before smiling "i know"
I never spoke, can he hear me? "Lucifer?"
"you've been awfully noisy today hm?"
Noisy, always my dear. Lucifer's eyes are zoned on my lips while the last word lasts. "I can hear you, you're not speaking" then the panic dies, he must know something magic related.
This is new and hard since most of my thoughts are about him and not in ways I'm happy to admit. Lucifer stares at me like he heard that. Great.
