Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: The Unwritten Page

Their wedding was small, held in the hidden garden Julian had first shown her. The air was thick with the scent of jasmine and the sound of a distant cello. As they stood before their friends, Elara realized that love wasn't about finding someone who fit into your world; it was about building a new world entirely.

Julian leaned in to kiss his bride, the shutter of a friend's camera clicking in the background to capture the moment. They were no longer the archivist and the photographer; they were simply Elara and Julian, two souls who had found the light in the dust. As the sun set, casting a golden glow over the celebration, Elara looked at the blank page of the guest book. She picked up her fountain pen and wrote their names in a bold, confident hand. The ink was dark and permanent. Their story was no longer a fragment of the past or a dream of the future. It was the present—vibrant, messy, and infinitely beautiful. The archives were closed for the night, but for Elara and Julian, the doors were finally, truly open.
