Chapter 1 — The Second Life
My name is Alexander Hayes.
Except… that wasn't always my name.
The last thing I remember from my previous life was the sound of an engine screaming past redline. The smell of burning rubber. The rush of adrenaline.

Darkness.
When I woke up again, I was 17 years old in Seattle with memories that didn't belong to anyone else.
Memories of a life that hadn't happened yet.

The world I woke up in wasn't unfamiliar.
It was the world of Grey's Anatomy.
At first I thought I was crazy.
But then I saw the hospital name on the skyline.
Grey Sloan Memorial.
"Yeah…" I muttered to myself while staring at the building from the street.
"I'm definitely not in my old
