Chapter One: The Birth of the Dark Lord!
"What if the world Didn't give you an answer?"

This is the tale of someone who was... alone, during all of his life Lucas was a very unlucky individual, especially when it is about other people.
When he loved someone this person would leave him, when he needed someone he would have nobody, and of course his family believed he was just overreacting after all "he still had God" according to them.
You see, Lucas had the misfortune of being born in an extremely religious household, not the good kind of religious person that believes being a good person is the most important. (Like Sonow0409 the best person morally-speaking that i know, and the fact the MC never met someone like him explains why he ended up so... insane. My homie is probably the main reason i don't have a bigotry against catholics.)
Those around were the kind that believes that a child predator who goes to church is better than any atheist, the kind that believes any non-Abrahamic belief is the same as worshipping Satan to the point of clear discrimination against African traditions due to believing them to be satanic rituals.
Imagine living in a country where the primary language has a bunch of terms with African origin, and yet thinking African words are satanic. That's them.
Lucas was constantly frustrated because of it, after all can you imagine not being allowed to call a transgender relative by their prefered pronoums because your mother thinks it is a sin?
Of course, being born as the only one with a brain in a place as disgustingly extremist as it gets, Lucas's active disdain for religions as a whole would eventually get him in trouble, when people seemingly decided he needed an "exorcism", which for them seemingly meant torturing him and leave him bleeding to death.
In his last moments, Lucas was consumed by such a deep hatred that he swore revenge against ORDER (which is how i will refer to the "God" that the MC has a grudge against most of the time in this book to avoid sounding offensive) if such a being exists.
"You hide your cowardice behind threats and empty promises, just a stupid moron who tricks people into believing you are the Great and Powerful wizard of Oz! You are lucky people are just as dumb as you, as you feared what we can do!" He yelled his last words against ORDER, his hatred so strong that he didn't even get sent to an afterlife.
Instead he was taken to CHAOS itself, CHAOS being the oposite force to ORDER, one being the cold and all-consuming darkness of night while the other is the burning and blinding light of the day.
CHAOS had a deal that Lucas would have no reaaon to refuse: CHAOS would grant Lucas anything he desires, in exchange for Lucas to accept spreading darkness across countless worlds, destroying the influence of ORDER across the omniverse.
And that takes us to the present moment, where after accepting the deal Lucas's soul was infused with CHAOS's darkness and he was sent to a new body in another world.

In the Void
Lucas was now floating in an all black space as he waited to be properly reincarnated, when suddenly a voice was heard in his head.
'Greetings host' Said a the voice, which for some reason sounded like it was voiced by Rieri. 'Welcome to the Marvelous Darklord System, i am the one tasked with assisting you from now on. The Marvelous Darklord System is essentially a merging of a Shiroverse System and a Divine Anime System.'
-A System? I did not expect that- Lucas muttered. -I suppose that means Chaos's power manifested in a way that would be more useful to me than others.
'Affirmative' The System would probably nod if it had a body. 'My task is to assist your growth so you can erradicate ORDER's influence over the various worlds you will arrive in the future.'
-That makes sense- Lucas said. -You said you are a mix between a Shiroverse System like Isis and a Divine Anime System like Eve, so i am assuming your primary abilities would be like jumping between worlds; gathering powers; potentially limitless growth and so on, would that be correct?
'Indeed' The System spoke. 'One thing that makes the MDS unique is that it will evolve more features as your own power grows, as well as adapting to the worlds you travel to, but first would you like to see the list of worlds you can start at?'
-Allright show me- Lucas spoke as a screen with five icons appeared.
The first icon was a red and blue background with a golden symbol that resembled a mix of the first and fifth vowels of the alphabet.
The second icon was an orange and black background with a red symbol of a spiral.
The third icon was a black background with a clawed blood-red gauntlet, the hand of said gauntlet had a green gem encrusted on it.
The fourth icon was a gray background with a red rose-shaped emblem surrounded by a silver aura.
And lastly the fifth icon was a green and black chessboard-patterned background with a red sun in the middle.
As Lucas saw the four icons, the System's voice was heard.
'Option one: Boku no Hero Academia, also known as My Hero Academia, or simply HeroAca, is one of the lowest power world among those but has various potential allies and oponents to defeat'
'Option two: Naruto, a world in constant war where killing is often encouraged, similarly to the previous most of the stronger abilities are genetic'
'Option three: High School DxD, a world that at first glance might look mundane but the supernatural influence is undeniable, various supernatural species willing to do some dirty deeds for power'
'Option four: RWBY, a world where both forces of ORDER and CHAOS have no direct representatives, but still lives in a battle between light and darkness'
'Option five: Kimetsu no Yaiba, also known as the lowest power among those worlds, however a good world to get combat experience and swordsmanship skill'
'Warning: Regardless of what option you select, there will be varying differences from the original, some smaller like a character having a different design while others are larger such as entirely new major figures'
-Those five are rather good starting world options- Lucas muttered under his breath, before deciding to go for the last one among the five options. -I will pick option five, Kimetsu no Yaiba.
Kimetsu no Yaiba, or DemonSlayer, was a rather low powered setting that would be good for him to learn and master skills considering there are not many powerful threats, even with the changes he will be likely able to adapt to it.
He still found it weird to call those things demons tho, they are more like zombies of the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure variety.
'Understood' The System spoke as a loading bar appeared in the air, still in 0%. 'The transmigration will start loading soon, but first, select your Origin.'
Soon enough four screens with information of the Origins appeared.
Option One:
[Traveler: You are someone who has seen many lands, someone who has experienced the world in ways that others could only dream of. Your journey may be a lonely one, or may you have friends that you share your adventures with, but in the end it is one that you have gained various experiences, souvenirs, and possibly even powers from, and perhaps this is just one more stop on the road.]
Option Two:
[Demon Slayer: Perhaps it is a tradition in your family, maybe a demon killed everything and everyone you loved, but no matter the reason, you are now a demon slayer. While it could be that you are driven by hatred, a grudge, a sense of duty, or just for the money, your sole job is to hunt demons and protect humans using the breathing style that you have learned. Go into the night and become what the demons fear.]
Option Three:
[Oni: A flesh eating monster, that is what you are now. You are a demon, a person turned by another demon or even Muzan himself, if you were lucky, and now serve him for the promise of strength. Or maybe you are a rogue demon, one that is trying to end Muzan or trying to become human again. Nonetheless, until the jump you can only feed on flesh and blood, whether that be human, animal, or even corpses is up to you. Have fun being a monster for eternity.]
Option Four:
[Swordsmith: You are one of the demon slayer corps most prized assets, a swordsmith. You are the one that forges the weapons that the swordsman uses to defeat the demons, something that could be argued is even more important than the breathing techniques. Though do beware that due to the importance of your services, you will be targeted by demons to learn the secret location of your village.]
-Well, due to thematic reasons my choice couldn't be more obvious- Lucas grinned as he selected the Oni option. -The one to spread darkness shall be the enemy of the sun.
'Understood, initiating transmigration in 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... now!' The System spoke as the loading bar finally started to move.

Time Skip
The moon light glows upon the face of a silvery-white haired young man who was laying on the ground, causing his eyes to open revealing his eye to have a blood-red color color, his sclera being completely black, pitch-black veins could be seen through his skin and his canine teeth were particularly long and sharp.
He was wearing an all-black outfit with boots; cargo pants; a long-sleeved shirt and a black leather trench coat.
-Ughh... what happened? And why the fuck am i so hungry?- The young man groaned as he got up, memories flooding his mind, his old life; death; the deal with CHAOS; meeting the System and being sent to the world of Kimetsu no Yaiba. -Oh yeah... i am an Oni now. Hey System are you there?
'Affirmative sir' The System spoke. 'Would you like a tutorial for the features you have unlocked so far?'
-Yes that would be good- Lucas spoke, now his memories fully merged with his new body.
'Understood!' The System replied. 'To view your current stats sheet, think or say the word Stats.'

Overall not bad for level one, most of them were 50% above the human level except for INT (and by consequence MP) which are both 300% above instead.

CHAOS Hinokami: You are special, someone who seems as if they've been blessed by the gods themselves, or CHAOS itself. No matter how much others train, they will always reach their limit, but you don't have one. So long as you put in the same amount of effort, you will always see results, not only for your body and mind, but also for all your powers, perks and techniques, there is no limit to how strong you can become or how refined your skills can be, you will always be able to train and expand on them. As an added bonus, anyone that fights or trains with you will also continuously grow without limit, albeit slowly. You have no trouble eating living beings, corpses, or anything. Not only will it not taste revolting, but you won't feel bad about it if you don't want to.
Pretty as a Picture: The designs of the various characters are vast and different, and you are no exception. With this you are now at least an 8/10 and at the beginning of every jump you can have your hair or eye color changed should you wish, even to exotic colors. No one will question it, though you could also allow the rest of the world to have unique hair and eyes if you wish for a more colorful world.]
This was... disapointing, CHAOS Hinokami probably being the only useful one since it is a CapstoneBooster meaning it can make other perks stronger.

-Yes, open it- Lucas spoke as a set of new screens appeared in front of him.

[EatingHealthy: Just like any demon you can get stronger by eating the flesh and blood of living beings. This only applies to those that are living but you can survive on corpses if needed, however you will only gain strength from those that are fresh. The increase is small for an individual, and even smaller for animals, but higher quality flesh will count as multiple meals in one.]
[MyKin: Just like Muzan did, you too can now change the normal into the monstrous. Specifically, when you give something your blood, you can change them into your own species with all natural powers, advantages and weaknesses. This counts for any of your alt-forms or species, but it only changes them into the species, it does not give them any extra perks or abilities that the alt-form would not have naturally by itself.]
[Train the Slayer: It wouldn't do to not have the basics down when out on a mission to hunt for demons. Notably, you have been trained to fight during the night and expect to be attacked at any angle at any time, which means it will be a cold day in the infinity castle when you're truly caught off guard. Now you can control blood (initially only your own but eventually will be able to do it to others) in a variety of ways including shaping it and hardening it to form weapons.]
Well, this was considerably better.
He already was morally fine with eating people, he is no longer human so it's not cannibalism, but the Eating Healthy perk will make so he can still eat dead animals, a man can't live without eating chicken. (A/N: Despite me having a high chance of being a descendant of a cannibal tribe i do not condone cannibalism, this is a work of fiction but i know some people are functioal iliterates)
Thanks to My Kin he would be able to create his own... technically not "Thralls" since he is an """oni""" not a vampire but close enough, everyone knows the KNY onis are just undeads.
Train the Slayer is a weird outlier but combat knowledge is never a bad thing to gain, and considering his high INT he would be able to improve upon it if he actually tried.
The most intresting one however had to be his Kekijutsu, Hemokinesis would allow him to weaponize his own blood which is a decent weapon for now but will grow stronger as he does.
After that, Lucas decided to look around and noticed he was in a forest with a town a few hundreds of meters away, and decided that he needed to get stronger quickly in order to succeed in his goals, and to get stronger quickly he will need to eat.
Luckly, he detected a small group of humans nearby so he opened a wide and sharp grin as he was ready to feast.
-Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky...- Lucas whispered while sneaking behind one of the humans, one who looked like an easy target as he was at a reasonable distance from the others. -Get snuck upon! Neck Bite!
Using his hand to quieten the screams of the man, Lucas quickly bit his neck and devoured his body, the flesh's taste was nowhere near good but an Oni needs it to grow stronger and Lucas isn't Nezuko to just sleep instead.
+10 XP, 70 Left for Level Up.
-The perk description was right, the taste is not disgusting, just... bad.- Lucas spoke to himself. -But from the little XP i guess this was just a low quality meal. If i plan on dethroning Muzan and rebrand the Onis to be called Undeads because we are nothing like Onis then i have to get even stronger, and that means i have to eat a lot...

Shina Ogawa was many things, and saw many other things in her life, even if she no longer was anything like the loving and fragile young maiden she once was.
Back in the Heian Era, before even Muzan Kibutsuchi himself, she was the first person to ever become an oni and that went way too right as she went from a sick young maiden to a gorgeous woman with beautiful raven-hair and impecable red eyes that contrasted flawlessly with her very pale skin.
While Muzan would eventually become known as a demon king in Lower Japan, it was Shina who ruled in the darkness of Upper Japan, tho she was more discrete with her small army.
The few who were aware of her often would say that her intellect is second to none, and so are her strategic skills.
And just as lethal was her Kekijutsu, which made her able to control the matter of anything that touches her blood, a deadly power even if it gets weakened upon longer ranges.
Of course, the decades turned centuries of being a man-eating monster caused her emotions to fade away, the once loving maiden turned into a cold-hearted demon.
So as the ice-hearted queen was in one of her nightly walks through the woods, a very unique scent. It was visibly an Oni, but not one of hers, and not one of Muzan's either...
Shina was not one to get easily curious, there wasn't much that she still didn't understand, but this was something she had to find the source.
Few things had surprised Shina in any meaningful ways in the last decades, but what she saw is definitely one of those things.
A young man who's age she can't tell for sure, dressed in all black while his fangs; eyes and veins make the fact he is not human visible, he was sitting on a chopped tree trunk while using another one as a table.
On top of that improvised table was what smelled like something one of her servants had once called Brazilian barbecue, except a little bit sweeter, and he was cutting it with a knife that looked like it was made hardened blood, especially since he had a small pierce on his left thumb which was likely where the blood came from.
As the strange Oni (that clearly wasn't one of Muzan's or one of her own) locked eyes with Shina, his next words couldn't be any weirder.
-Excuse me- The one clad in leatner spoke up. -I am in the middle of my breakfast.
Since he was an oni Shina could understand him having "breakfast" at midnight, but he was so casual despite being in front of arguably the strongest Oni in this world... this made her feel something for the first time in who-knows-how-long.

After devouring his first victim, Lucas decided to wuickly devour the next four guys before transforming the last one into barbecue.
As he was about to eat the last one, he noticed someone approaching, a pale woman with long raven hair and beautiful red eyes, when Lucas laid his eyes on her the System gave a small description.
[Name: Shina Ogawa
Race: OriginalOni
Description: The first human to become an Oni before even Muzan himself, this cold-hearted demon queen rules Upper Japan from the shadows. Her Kekijutsu allows her to control the matter of anything that touches her blood]
So he was just met with an older and more powerful Oni than Muzan, most people would be frightened but for some reason (mostly insanity, the deal with CHAOS made him lose most of the little sanity he once had) Lucas just treated it like something trivial.
-Excuse me- The one clad in leatner spoke up. -I am in the middle of my breakfast.
Little did Lucas know, he had just done something that, for better or for worse, would have consequences potentially lasting for the rest of his (possibly eternal) life.
Gaining the attention of Shina is something any sane person would see as risky if they were in Lucas's place due to the fact she could easily kill them.
But... Lucas is no longer a sane person and neither does he have any fear of being killed, he hasn't done enough effort for it to be a waste anyways.
-You are an oni... but you don't smell like one of Muzan's...- Shina spoke. -Where did you come from?
-Brazil. You'd probably not like there tho, too much sunlight.- Lucas replied. -But at least the food is great.
-Brazil you say?- Shuna asked, her slithed red eyes squinting. -And how did you even end up in my territory, and turned into an Oni?
What was she doing? Shina has never been like that to Onis invading her territory, she should just kill him but... why isn't her body obeying what it has done so many times? Why lose time questioning him... even if he is an outlier among Onis.
-It's hard to explain honestly.- Lucas's blood knife turned back into liquid and crawled inside his body. -From what i know onis usually are result of being transformed by a stronger one but that's definitely not my case. Regardless, name's Lucas D Marvelous.
-Shina Ogawa...- Shina couldn't believe herself, why was she being so nice to this stranger? It can't be a Kekijutsu effect since the foreign oni's Kekijutsu is clearly related to maming blood constructs. She had to keep an eye on him, so if her body insists on playing nice at least it would help her keep him within reach. -I am the one who controls Upper Japan. You seem to not have a propper place, and hunting humans in a forest is not very reliable, so i believe you should come with me.
In the end, even with how chaotic it was Lucas's mind was still vastly superior to virtually anyone he had met, therefore he was already expecting this to happen and would not waste the chance, he will pretend to be naive and innocent for now, using Shina's resources to grow strong enough to eventually dethrone both her and Muzan, as he will not accept anything less than absolute dommination.
-Allright Shina- Lucas finnished his meal and got up. -Lead the way.
'He just... called me by my first name?' Shina had no idea when it was the last time someone called her in such a casual way.
In her head it had been a somewhat intimate gesture due to her being Japanese, but Lucas just forgot Japanese people have a weird thing with calling each other by the last name.
As Lucas followed Shina, the only thing they both knew for sure was that life would never be the same after this.
