Here I have to mention few things.
First of all this fic is pretty much a rewrite of of one Sasuke self insert I wrote years ago and gave up.
I have made some changes and the start is not the same time period as that was. Try to make a sense. As much of a sense you can make of all the plot holes.
I will try to write 3-4 chapters a week. And if I am feeling better that can go up to 5.

No, Hinata will not be among the girls. You can make suggestions but confirmed girls are Sakura and Ino. We'll see what happens next as I continue writing.
