Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Fallen Battlefield

The battlefield was silent.

Smoke rose slowly from the burning ground, and the bodies of fallen soldiers covered the land like shadows of war.

For hundreds of years, the kingdoms of the world had fought endless battles for power, land, and glory.

And today was no different.

A young soldier named Kael walked through the ruined battlefield, his armor broken and his sword covered in blood.

His breathing was heavy.

"We lost…" he whispered.

His entire squad had been wiped out. Friends who laughed with him only yesterday were now lying lifeless in the mud.

Kael dropped to one knee, exhausted.

"Why… does war never end?" he muttered.

As he tried to stand, his foot struck something hard beneath the dirt.

Clink.

He frowned and brushed away the soil.

A strange ancient medallion appeared, glowing faintly with a red light.

"What is this…?"

The moment his fingers touched it—

BOOM!

A powerful force burst from the medallion, and the ground trembled.

A deep, ancient voice echoed in his mind.

"You who survived the battlefield… do you seek the power of a god?"

Kael's eyes widened.

"The power… of a god?"

The voice continued.

"I am the War God. My legacy has waited centuries for a worthy successor."

The medallion burned with crimson light as energy flowed into Kael's body.

Pain shot through every part of him.

But along with the pain… came power.

Kael clenched his fists as the energy surged inside him.

Above the battlefield, dark clouds gathered.

The War God's Legacy had finally found its new owner.

And the world was about to change.
