Chapter 1 - CHAPTER ONE : PAST MEMORIES AND PRESENT SITUATION

In the far future, a vast green land stretched beneath towering mountains that brushed the fluffy clouds. The environment breathed peace: wind danced under warm sunlight, trees swayed in perfect rhythm, and rivers flowed like joyful songs.

A massive shadow slowly descended, blanketing miles of land and blocking the sun. The playful wind shifted, rising as if curious about the intruder.

Atop the highest peak sat Karma, the night dragon with gleaming black scales. His wings folded neatly at his sides, claws gripped the mountain with crushing strength. His eyes scanned the serene world below, the peak seeming like a mere stepping stone beneath his colossal frame.

Karma lifted his head to the blue sky, a glow of quiet joy on his draconic face '' Father, you were right '' he thought. '' That kid did it. After centuries of blood-soaked years, he finally achieved the peace he longed for.''

'' This wasn't a tale of revenge or a flawless hero saving the world. This was the story of a fated protector who became a villain—a man driven by a greed deeper than any power, a greed born solely for love.''

Memories swirled before his eyes: brutal wars drowning rivers in crimson, endless battles where laughter turned to ash, shared moments of fragile joy amid the chaos. Centuries blurred until they settled on his father's dying words.

Genya's voice, weak and fading: "My son Karma, our entire dragon race fought for the world's good. Don't grieve for your mother, siblings, and kin. You live for a greater purpose. Centuries from now, a child will be born—half-human, half-Asura. He will be the light this world needs, but his path is dark. Stand by him. Watch his growth. Teach him what he cannot understand. This is my last wish. Live with the pride of the great night dragons, my dear son."

With those words, Genya closed his eyes and slipped into eternal slumber.

A soft, proud smile curved Karma's lips. He had fulfilled the duty.

With that

Stretching his immense wings, he launched into the sky with a single powerful beat and vanished like the wind.

Present time, somewhere in this world

An alarm blared in a dark room. A hand shot out from under the bedsheet and silenced it.

A man dragged his muscled frame from bed, shuffling to the bathroom. The flush echoed, followed by the hum of brushing teeth. Dressed and ready, he stepped outside, brown eyes locking on his favorite restaurant down the street. His almond skin gleamed charmingly in the light, messy black hair tousled by the mischievous wind. His perfect build drew glances from every woman passing by.

He reached for the door, a smile tugging at his lips—then, Suddenly his gut twisted. He knows what the meaning of this. As the wind danced around him, his body started to glow with mysterious light, then in the blink of an eye, He vanished from the spot.

Yodha blinked his eyes open. Before him stood a man with fiery red hair and matching eyes, charm radiating like heat. Red armor hugged his frame, arms folded, a serious expression on his face. Nothing like his usual grin, that man is..

Homura Leo, Commander of Paradise.

Yodha slowly rubbed his temples with a deep sigh. "I'm finally about to eat my favorite meal today, but you teleport me out of nowhere? Why?"

Leo gazed at him. "Ease up, dude. There are more important matters than food."

Yodha opened his mouth to protest, but Leo cut in.

"Chaya has regained her power. A war could break out any moment."

Yodha's eyes widened in shock. '' What are you saying? Are you serious leo?'' He questioned searching Leo's face. "Finally... after 1500 years, it's happening again?" he muttered.

Leo nodded gravely. "Yes. That's why I need your help."

Yodha steadied himself. A face flashed in his mind—a man in a long black coat, a blood-red dragon symbol emblazoned on the back.

''I understand you need my help Leo..! '' Yodha said seriously.

"But tell me, did you really think my help alone would stop Chaya?"

Leo's expression tightened, a rare flicker of fear in his eyes. "What's your point, Yodha? You don't mean...?"

Yodha met his gaze steadily. "Yes, Leo. Exactly what you're thinking. Only he can stand against the great spirit ruler Chaya. We need him. We need Arya Roy to win this."

Leo's eyes widened with shock and fear. A flood of memories flashed through his mind: the image of a woman with blue hair, a hand grasping a knife that plunged straight into her heart. Fear twisted into guilt and sorrow in his eyes before the vision vanished as quickly as it came. His gaze locked onto Yodha with raw intensity.

"So what's your point, Yodha? Do you want me to release that monster?"

Yodha met his stare head-on.

" you know him better than anyone—his power, his side of the story. So don't act like a hero while painting him as the villain. If we go to war against those Spirits, not even Paradise's one hundred and fifty thousand soldiers can stop them.'' He took a deep sigh.

'' I'm not telling you to release him or forget the past. I'm saying ask for his help, just like you asked for mine. He's our friend, after all."

Leo fell silent, Yodha's words sinking in. What he said was true. The Spirits' power was overwhelming—Paradise's entire army wouldn't stand a chance.

After a long moment, Leo turned to Yodha with a sharp, determined look. He had made his decision.

Meanwhile, in the far east, a river flowed red with blood, the surrounding land crawling with lizard like monsters with thick green scales. In the midst of it all, a seven-foot beast-like figure moved steadily south. Its blue eyes gleamed with triumph, a small smile playing on its lips.

From the west, a white wolf streaked with purple-blue lightning patterns raced southward at blinding speed.

Two more figures, fully cloaked in brown and green robes, moved swiftly toward the south as well.

In Paradise, inside the Guardians' headquarters,

Leo and Yodha stood before a massive iron gate. Leo inserted the key he carried, he gave final glance to yodha Before turned it slowly.

"My father will kill me if he finds out about this," Leo muttered.

The gates creaked open.

Yodha smirked. "Don't act like a kid sneaking ice cream at midnight without mom finding out, idiot."

Leo's face flushed with embarrassment.

They exchanged a quick glance before slowly turning their heads toward the open gates.

Inside, a mysterious black box floated in mid-air, bound by countless heavy chains. Even so, a fearsome dark aura swirled and leaked from its edges, thick and oppressive.

Inside that box, a man tied with chains, hanging in the air. He Slowly opened his eyes, they are red as blood and sharp as a knife...
