In Marineford, Kong was in a meeting with the high-level officers of the Marines.
In front of him sat the current Admirals, Sengoku the Buddha and Black Arm Zephyr.
Several Vice Admirals were also present, including Tsuru, Garp, Bogard, and many others.
Garp was fast asleep as Sengoku glared at him, veins popping on his forehead. Tsuru and Zephyr were stopping him from attacking.
Kong simply rubbed his forehead in resignation.
BANG!!!
At that moment, a soldier covered in sweat, his face filled with utter despair, slammed the door open.
"F-Fleet Admiral—!"
Garp woke up from the sudden noise.
Everyone turned toward the soldier.
Kong was irritated, but the moment he saw the panicked soldier, he immediately asked,
"What happened?"
"S-Sir! It's him! The Chaos Emperor has been spotted in the New World!"
The moment he finished speaking, the atmosphere inside the room changed completely.
Garp, who had still been half asleep, instantly snapped awake.
"BWAHAHAHAHA! So that bastard is back?!"
Everyone ignored him.
Kong sighed.
"So that monster is back..."
He felt completely helpless.
And Garp laughing like a maniac certainly wasn't helping.
Veins popped on his forehead as he finally snapped.
"STOP LAUGHING, YOU BASTARD!"
Garp's laughter instantly stopped.

He coughed awkwardly.
Sengoku rubbed his forehead.
"That means the sea will become even more chaotic."
"Those monsters will soon start moving now that Ron is back."
As if confirming his words, another soldier suddenly ran into the room.
"Sir! It's bad news!"
"Kaido and the Beast Pirates, Newgate and the Whitebeard Pirates, Roger and the Roger Pirates are all on the move!"
The room went completely silent.
The tension reached an entirely new level.
"Those damned bastards..."
Kong gritted his teeth.
This was bad.
If all the monsters of the sea collided, the already chaotic New World would descend into complete madness.

"Garp, Tsuru, and Sengoku, head to the New World immediately."
"Zephyr will stay here in case of any emergencies."
"Understood."
Soon, Garp set sail alongside Sengoku and Tsuru toward the New World.
Kong stood at the harbor, watching the departing warships.

"Kaido, Newgate, and Roger are all on the move!"
Linlin froze.

That lineup was far too monstrous.
"Who is it?"
"The World Government?"
"The Navy?"
Perospero shook his head.
"No, Mama."
"It's him."
"The Chaos Emperor, Ron."
"He's back."
Linlin froze.
The image of the flame-clad giant fighting that monster on God Valley immediately appeared in her mind.
"Mama..."
"So it's him..."
After saying that, she fell silent.
She still wanted the Lineage of Giants and Lunarians.
Ron was a monster.
Someone even more talented than her.
Yet he had rejected her advances again and again.
