The battlefield had suddenly gone silent.
The bullet that was meant to hit Ariana lay on the ground.
No one understood what had just happened.
The hunter who fired the shot stared at her in shock.
"What… was that?" he whispered.
Ariana herself looked confused.
"I… I didn't do anything."
Jayden's massive black wolf stood still for a moment.
His glowing eyes were fixed on Ariana.
Even his wolf felt something powerful around her.
Kayden slowly stepped closer, still in his wolf form.
"Well," he muttered, "that was definitely not normal."
The hunters quickly realized something was wrong.
"That girl… she's not ordinary," one of them shouted.
Before they could attack again, Jayden charged forward.
With a powerful strike, he knocked two hunters to the ground.
The pack wolves joined the fight again.
Within minutes, the hunters began retreating into the forest.
The battle was over.
Slowly, Jayden and Kayden returned to their human forms.
Jayden walked straight toward Ariana.
"Are you hurt?" he asked.
Ariana shook her head.
"I'm fine… but what just happened?"
Before Jayden could answer, the pack elders arrived.
They had witnessed everything.
One elder looked at Ariana with deep curiosity.
"The energy around her…" he said slowly.
Kayden crossed his arms.
"Don't tell me you've seen that before."
The elder nodded.
"Yes."
Everyone became silent.
Jayden's voice turned serious.
"What does it mean?"
The elder looked directly at Ariana.
"You may belong to the Moon Bloodline."
Ariana blinked.
"I don't even know what that is."
The elder explained calmly.
"Long ago, there existed a rare bloodline blessed by the Moon Goddess."
"Those who carry it have power beyond normal wolves."
Jayden's wolf suddenly stirred inside him.
The elder continued.
"And sometimes… those born from that bloodline become the mate of an Alpha."
The entire group looked toward Jayden.
Kayden smirked slightly.
"Well… that explains a lot."
Jayden stared at Ariana.
His heart was beating faster than usual.
Because deep down, he already knew the truth.
Ariana wasn't just a random human girl.
She might be the one person destiny had chosen for him.
And that meant the real story…
Was only beginning.
