Synopsis
After transmigrating into the world of Harry Potter, Aris ends up living with Luna’s family and awakens the Academic Genius System. As long as he studies and asks questions, he earns points that can be used for lotteries and exchanged for all kinds of useful items. And so, just to answer Aris’s endless questions, the professors and students of Hogwarts are all driven completely insane. Professor McGonagall: “You’re still a child. You do not need to understand questions about the essence of magic...” Professor Quirrell: “A method for soul possession? How do you know... no, I mean, that question is far too profound for you!” Professor Snape: “The method for brewing the Elixir of Life? Damn it, if I knew that, I’d have made it myself!!!” Dumbledore: “The method for creating Horcruxes? Aris, why exactly are you asking that? Answer me seriously.” Voldemort: “You wanted to know what happens if someone destroys their own Horcruxes? For that, you made me destroy all of mine? Do you have a death wish?!” Aris looked down at his book and muttered softly, “I’m just a little eager to learn. Why is everyone so worked up...?”

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

Summer, 1991.

The last glow of the setting sun slowly faded along with the crimson clouds.

On a small hill near the village of Ottery St Catchpole stood a strange, enormous black cylindrical house leaning at an odd angle. It was eye-catching on the hillside, yet not everyone could see it.

As the residence of the Lovegood family, this peculiar house had been placed under Muggle-Repelling Charms and other concealment spells, preventing non-magical beings and Muggles from approaching.

On a wooden bed in a second-floor room of the strange black cylindrical house, a delicate-looking boy with long silver-white hair and azure eyes slowly opened his eyes.

The unfamiliar scene before him made him frown.

Then, a flood of chaotic memory fragments surged into his mind.

Blinding headlights, the shriek of tires scraping violently against the road, and terrified screams...

Aris remembered that he should have been in a car accident. Everything before his eyes felt so real that it could not possibly be a dream.

But this was clearly not a hospital...

Had he not died?

Then where was he?

The sunset was a little too bright, and Aris instinctively raised a hand to shield his eyes.

Then he saw it.

A tiny, tender little hand.

This was the body of a boy around ten years old!

He had actually become a little boy!

Aris froze. Then a thought suddenly flashed through his mind.

Could it be... transmigration?

Before he could process the tangled emotions in his heart, a middle-aged man's voice suddenly sounded from outside the door. He was clearly lowering his voice, though there was a trace of helplessness in it, and it faintly reached Aris's ears.

"Luna, that was far too reckless of you!"

"How could you bring a Muggle child home? If the Ministry finds out, they'll definitely come looking for trouble. I thought you, of all people, would at least know the existence of the Statute of Secrecy."

"Father, how do you know he's a Muggle?" came the voice of a little girl, airy and pleasant. "Maybe he's like us."

"Impossible!" the middle-aged man said again.

"The only wizarding family around here besides us Lovegoods is the Weasley family, and that child obviously doesn't have the Weasleys' trademark red hair!"

"He must be a child from the nearby Muggle village who got lost while playing outside!"

"Perhaps you should take him to the Muggle police station..."

"Hm, that is what those Muggles call their official law enforcement office, right?"

"No, Father, did you see that pretty silver hair he has? It's so special. I'm sure he's not ordinary..." The little girl's voice was stubborn and full of certainty.

"I really don't know what to do with you!"

The deep male voice let out a sigh and then fell silent.

A moment later, it sounded again.

"Fine. You may keep him here until he wakes up!"

"Really?" The little girl's tone carried a hint of delight. It was inexplicably adorable.

"Yes, but once he wakes up, he must leave!"

The deep middle-aged voice was firm and beyond dispute.

"That's not fair!" the little girl said unhappily.

But the deep voice did not speak again.

Soon after, the heavy sound of footsteps went downstairs.

Then came the sound of a door opening, followed by dull footsteps on the wooden floor.

Aris instinctively closed his eyes again.

A light set of footsteps stopped by the boy's bedside.

The little girl seemed to be barefoot, because her steps were very soft.

"Father is so stingy. Why can't he just let you stay?" the little girl complained softly. Then a clumsy, slightly cool little hand touched the boy's forehead.

"That's strange. You don't seem sick, so why aren't you awake yet...?"

Aris's long lashes trembled faintly, but he still did not open his eyes.

At that moment, his heart was far from calm.

He had heard every word of the conversation between the deep male voice and the little girl. Although they had not been speaking in any language he was familiar with before, he had somehow understood all of it.

Muggle?

Ministry of Magic?

Luna... Lovegood?

The Weasley family?

Aris was deeply familiar with all of those words.

He had loved the Harry Potter series since childhood. Even after graduating from university and becoming another exhausted office worker, he would still occasionally rewatch the films and revisit that magical world.

At this moment, everything felt surreal.

Given the current situation, if he made a reasonable analysis and eliminated all impossibilities, then whatever truth remained, no matter how unbelievable, had to be the fact.

He seemed to have transmigrated into the world of Harry Potter!!!

And somehow, he had ended up inside the home of Luna Lovegood, the "mad girl" herself!

Beside him, little Luna's pleasant voice continued.

"Are you really just a Muggle?" The airy, melodious voice carried a trace of regret as she talked to herself beside the boy, not caring whether she received a response or not.

"I really hope you're like me. Then we could keep each other company and play together. What do you think?"

"Maybe in the future, we could even go to Hogwarts together. Oh, right, if you're a Muggle, then you probably haven't heard of that school. It's one of the best schools in the wizarding world!"

"It has the greatest white wizard in the current magical world as its headmaster, Albus Dumbledore."

There was reverence and a faint trace of longing in the little girl's voice.

By the time he heard this, Aris had already adjusted his mentality and quickly accepted the reality that he had transmigrated into the world of Harry Potter. He began to think about his next plan.

His current identity seemed to be nothing more than a Muggle who knew nothing about magic.

He had crossed over into this magical world, only to be unable to truly explore it?

That result was, without a doubt, disappointing.

Aris let out a faint sigh in his heart.

Perhaps once he woke up, Luna's father would cast a Memory Charm and erase everything.

His life would then be completely cut off from the magical world, drifting toward an unknown future.

At that thought, his heart felt inexplicably empty.

A stream of memories emerged in Aris's mind. They were the memories of Aris Shafiq's identity, his general experiences from birth until now, and some information regarding his family background.

At the same time, the system's voice made the still-motionless Aris, no, Aris Shafiq now, tremble inwardly. He instinctively focused his consciousness into his mind, and a dazzling golden gift box immediately appeared before his eyes.

A cheat system and beginner gift pack, the must-have golden finger of every transmigrator?

Aris felt a surge of excitement as all his attention landed on the gift box in front of him.

"Open the gift pack!"

With a single thought, the golden gift box slowly opened, releasing a brilliant light.
