Aryan was extremely upset as he was trying to sleep. He was feeling uncomfortable in his bed as he was trying to forget the heartbreak, Team India has suffered in the world cup finals (2023) against Australia. He followed the invincible 'India' throughout the tournament, rooting for them and pouring his heart for the team, only for them to lose it. He even doubted his choice of his life to be that much connected to cricket. He just cried a little and then closed his eyes to get some sleep.
He had stop playing professionally for a year now, as he is now 22yrs old and have started to focus on his job. He didn't get the chance to play to a level he desired due to various reasons; some related to his luck, financial difficulties and proper platform. He has moved on from cricket now and is currently working as an accountant in his local SBI bank branch in Patna, Bihar. But, nonetheless some part of his heart still longed for greatness his desired but didn't achieve, guess life is not fair sometimes.
When the next morning he opened his eyes, his head was hurting too much. He was not able to properly comprehend the surroundings. He clutched his hairs but realized something was wrong, his hair felt a little long. He has changed his hairstyle to be extremely short due to office regulations but his hands felt long and comfy hair. He opened his eyes properly this time and saw his arms which seemed short. He ran towards his bathroom but got confused for a second as he didn't find one. He was shell shocked by the gravity of information his mind was processing. He walked towards his window as sunlight was seeping through the curtains. His eyes glanced at the mirror hanging on the wall near the window. He saw his young face devoid of any scratches, fair plum cheeks, long fluffy hair, and those blue eyes. He realized he was back again just like those novels he used to read in his spare time, what was it call again, yeah! Transmigration or reincarnation, whatever you call. He was just too much excited.
He ran to his study table and looked at the calendar and today is 29 Feb 2012, Wednesday. He remembered how excited and nervous he was on this day as today was the first day of his academy. He used to live in Ludhiana, Punjab in his childhood when his father was posted here. His mother Ritika is a housewife and they live in the company quarters. Aryan is 11 years old right now which is proper age for his training and building the base for the future. He is extremely thrilled right now to get to live again and become the protagonist he desired and aspired to be. He has been the top run scorer for his school 'SGD Grammar School' in the intra middle school championship. In the final match, Yograj sir was invited as the chief guest and saw my performance as I scored the hundred and won the thrilling chase. He invited me to his academy after the match.
Aryan ran downstairs while processing his future and to meet his mum and cooled down a bit. He saw his most beautiful mum who was in the kitchen making the breakfast. Now his emotions have cooled down a bit. He calmly gulped down his breakfast, have a great conversation with his mum and then got ready for the academy.
He arrived a little early at the gates of YSCA in the sector 10. He was mesmerized at the gate and got lost for a minute not because the gate is so beautiful but he heard a ding notification and got the system panel. He sure got the golden finger which every mc gets.
