A baby suddenly opened his eyes.

Memories rushed into his mind.
His name was Kitsu-ba, the strongest warrior of the H Empire.
In his previous life he had defeated the Demon King, but his body was broken and covered in blood.
He could barely stand.
Then Miharu came and hugged him.
"Well done, Kitsu-ba," she said softly.
He smiled.
Suddenly a sword stabbed his back.
He turned around and saw Emperor Carlos smiling.
"Good job, Kitsu-ba," Carlos said.
"But after killing the Demon King, you became the strongest being in the world… so you must die."
Kitsu-ba shouted in anger, but soldiers surrounded him.
Miharu tried to protect him with fire magic, but Carlos stabbed her with a special sword.
"NOOO!" Kitsu-ba screamed.
Everything turned dark.
And then… he was reincarnated.
