Chapter 52 - Chapter 51: In the Name of Heaven, Execute Heaven’s Punishment

"Young Master…"

Kaguya Yūsuke grinned, blood streaked across his face, and muttered, "Dying on the battlefield is better than wasting away in a sickbed. This… is the inescapable fate of our Kaguya Clan!"

Without hesitation, he pulled himself upright, yanking out his own spine as a weapon, and rejoined the fray. His movements were brutal, precise, and unrelenting.

Uchiha Su's eyelids twitched slightly as he observed. Kaguya Yūsuke's ferocity was unlike anything he had expected. It was almost as if the man had been designed to seek death—a relentless force destined to transcend mortality and reach the pinnacle of life in some alternate world.

Su shook his head subtly, amused yet impressed.

Finally, he decided it was time to step onto the battlefield himself. The quickest way to end this war would have been to unleash the Idol of Justice, Galio. But the Chakra required for such a summoning was astronomical, far beyond what even he could muster in the present moment. For the foreseeable future, releasing Galio remained impossible.

"Uchiha Su has entered the battlefield."

Sarutobi Sasuke's eyes sharpened. His gaze swept the battlefield, searching for the young woman he remembered—the one who had activated Susanoo and devastated Konoha forces not long ago.

And then he saw her.

She was shockingly young, barely fifteen or sixteen by appearance. It was difficult to comprehend that someone so young could manifest the legendary Susanoo, the ultimate ocular technique of the Uchiha.

"Everyone, I will draw their attention. You must wait for the precise moment to seal the opponent," Sarutobi Sasuke said solemnly, taking a deep breath.

"Lord Sarutobi, the risk is too great. You cannot afford to be harmed as the commander. Why don't I go in your place?" Nara Tetsuya interjected, concern etched across his face.

"No," Sasuke replied firmly. "Precisely because I am the commander, my actions carry weight. If you go, the effect won't be the same. Furthermore, if I sacrifice myself but succeed in sealing her, Tetsuya, you will lead the counterattack. If I fail, then retreat—their supply lines cannot follow too deeply into our territory."

Nara Tetsuya nodded, his eyes glistening with tears and grief-stricken indignation. He understood the weight of the decision and the trust his commander placed upon him.

"Uchiha rebel, die!"

Sarutobi Sasuke shouted as he surged into the battlefield, his voice carrying over the clash of battle. Every step he took drew attention toward himself, acting as bait for the enemy.

"Young Master, be careful!" Kaguya Takuma moved instinctively to block Su, but Su pushed him aside effortlessly.

"You are no match. Let me handle this," Su said coldly.

Kaguya Takuma's jaw tightened. He felt a pang of frustration—he had failed in his duty to shield the Young Master—but he understood Su's reasoning.

"Can you handle him?" Uchiha Hikari asked, concern and admiration mingling in her voice.

"Don't worry. Sarutobi Sasuke is strong, yes—but not beyond my capacity," Uchiha Su said calmly, his confidence radiating like a palpable aura.

Sarutobi Sasuke, hearing this, laughed coldly. "What arrogance. Call me 'Grand-master' at the very least! Your manners are lacking, even for a disciple of Uchiha Madara."

"Does a teacher of two or three days even count as a teacher?" Su replied lightly, a hint of mockery in his tone.

"Have you never heard the saying, 'A teacher for a day is a father for a lifetime'?" Sasuke countered coldly, his hands moving rapidly to form seals.

"Lightning Release: Thunder Clap!"

Electricity arced through his mouth before erupting outward as a spear of lightning, twisting and coiling like a golden serpent.

Uchiha Su responded with the initial form of Susanoo. Its skeletal ribs expanded rapidly, blocking the attack and demonstrating his precise balance of offense and defense. Su could use Susanoo's arms to attack or ribs to defend, conserving Chakra while maintaining formidable power.

"I've heard your saying," Su replied, voice calm, "but what kind of teacher is a mere squad leader? He never answered my doubts or guided me. How can he be called my teacher?"

"Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall!"

A massive stone barrier erupted in front of Sasuke, shielding him from counterattacks. Without pause, he prepared another technique.

"Composite Ninja Art: Earth Dragon Flame Stream!"

A mud-sculpted dragon spewed forth a stream of earth mixed with gravel, immediately followed by a fire dragon, roaring in a torrent of searing heat. The combination of Earth and Fire Release amplified the destructive power exponentially. Few could perform such a fusion, and it marked Sasuke as an expert of the highest caliber.

This skill, inherited from Sarutobi training, showcased the mastery of five-nature transformations. By skill alone, Sasuke surpassed Jonin-level techniques, approaching the pinnacle of a Kage.

His assault did not end there. After unleashing the composite technique, he executed a simpler but highly effective maneuver—vanishing underground entirely.

"Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique?" Su murmured. His eyes narrowed, fingers flying in rapid succession to form seals. Three layers of earth walls formed in front of him. With Susanoo as the final layer of defense, penetrating this multi-tiered defense was no small feat.

Moreover, the technique reminded Su of Hiruzen Sarutobi's days during the bell-snatching exercises—strategic, precise, and deceptively simple.

"Ability: Delusion Breaker!"

Uchiha Su's Mangekyō Sharingan activated, petal-like patterns spinning in his eyes at dizzying speed.

Sasuke, underground, felt a sudden force rip through him. The earth walls betrayed him. In an instant, he was pulled out of the soil, disoriented and exposed.

Who… am I?

Where… am I?

Moments ago, he had been tunneling freely. Now, he was on the surface, bewildered and vulnerable.

Delusion Breaker revealed hidden forms, nullified stealth, and exposed opponents regardless of terrain, dimension, or invisibility.

"Alright," Su muttered, leaping from his high vantage point. His movements were fluid, precise, almost divine. "The game is over."

Mid-air, the Mangekyō spun furiously.

"Though it is a pity," Su said, voice cold as ice, "this farce ends now!"

Sasuke instinctively looked up, and Su's voice echoed over the battlefield, booming like a deity's decree:

"In the name of Heaven… execute Heaven's punishment: Thunder Punishment!"

Rumble!

The cloudless sky darkened as if ink had been poured over it. Black thunderclouds swirled violently, crackling with raw, destructive energy. Lightning tumbled from the heavens, each bolt resonating like cannon fire. The explosive sound shook the earth beneath the armies, creating shockwaves that knocked both soldiers and animals off balance.

The Eastern Army's front lines staggered as lightning arced across the battlefield, illuminating the chaos. Flames from Sarutobi Clan techniques reflected against the silver-blue lightning, creating a nightmarish landscape of fire, water, and electricity intertwined.

Kaguya Yūsuke, standing tall amid the storm, tightened his grip on his bone weapon. "This… is our battlefield, and I will not fall here!"

With a roar, he lunged at the closest Hidden Mist squad, spinning his spine in a whirlwind of lethal strikes. Each motion was calculated, precise, and deadly—though the raw force of Uchiha Su's lightning threatened to disrupt the flow of battle, Yūsuke pressed on.

On the high platform, Uchiha Su's calm gaze scanned the field. Each flash of lightning, each strike, each movement was analyzed in a heartbeat. His army was a living entity, and he the heart that directed its flow.

The Eastern Army, though formidable, began to falter under the combined weight of Susanoo, Delusion Breaker, and overwhelming battlefield control. Morale wavered, even among Jonin-level fighters.

Sarutobi Sasuke, undeterred, adjusted his strategies on the fly. Earth walls, fire dragons, lightning spears—every tool at his disposal was deployed with deadly efficiency. Yet he could feel the weight of Su's overwhelming presence.

Above them all, Uchiha Su's voice boomed across the battlefield, chilling and absolute:

"This… is Heaven's judgment. You have resisted for too long. In the name of Heaven, submit… or be purged!"

Thunder rumbled, lightning arced, and the heavens seemed to split open. The Battle of Miwacho had entered a new, terrifying phase—one in which power, skill, and the very will to survive would decide the fate of thousands in an instant.
