Then the camera slowly turns inside it, and we see a bluetooth speaker thumping bass sounds.
"My Heartbeat ❤️️" written on it, and some blood on the seat. The corpse of the man isn't there.
Then the camera zooms out slowly and the rocket suddenly lands on the pile of destroyed cars and BOOM. MASSIVE EXPLOSION.
Scene changes to flashback of ep6:
A crash accident on the street, barricades surrounding the crater caused by the destroyed car on the ground. Cyborg hunters and Cops standing there to examine the attack. The students of CH Horizon School arrive. Baelyn and the students were standing near the scene. As she turns back towards the students.
Baelyn: "This is a highly hazardous area for students. Your life's first demo case. Do not be idiots and get out of line to fight cyborgs. You do remember what happened last time, right? If it wasn't for this cutie (pointing towards Daniel) you wouldn't have survived!"
Daniel (distracted again looking at the sky): "A flying hippo....."
His friends, Rebex, Cleo, Briana, Aura, and Arrow look at him confusedly.
The cop walks towards Baelyn with pen and paper, like he had just arrived.
Cop: "Welcome Ms. Baelyn."
Baelyn: "So how did this happen officer?"
Main Cop: "Car got hit by a rocket... its trajectory is still unknown, where it came from. Man is in his late 20s, 5 foot 8, had a deep voic-"
Daniel's internal monologue as he sees the car from afar, noticing it's bumper having a grazed mark instead of a destroyed car mark.
Zoom to Daniel's face in a cinematic way.
Pure Ghost Mode (only for a second): Capturing his face close up, then returns to normal.
His eyes sharp and calculating, Blue piercing eyes have it's color spilling out in a futuristic cool manner.
"The rocket... grazed it, it's been destroyed by something else. The rocket changed its trajectory. Meaning there was a variable in her plan.... And that variable is...me."
While Baelyn and cop talks, Daniel walks towards the man in the car bleeding, dodging the other cops in his way.
Baelyn interrupts: "What about where he was going?"
Main Cop: "That is still unknown. It's hard to tell. There is no clear evidence."
Then Daniel hugs the dead body of the man. While doing so he cut his palm with a sharp edge and spilled his own blood in the seat, then with his other hand pulled out the "My Heartbeat" speaker and hid it in the car's deck. "I have recorded my heartbeat, this speaker will play it."
The Main Cop turns back and notices Daniel: "Hey! Stop! What the hell are you doing?"
Daniel's hands up and he goes back: "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"
Then return to the junkyard of the car,
The speaker in the car thumping Daniel's erratic heartbeat rhythm. The rocket above POV as it notices-
"Conditional Assessment: Asset & Target are NOT be together. ✅"
"Conditional Assessment: Asset & Target are NOT be together. ✅"
"Kill Daniel Vossler. Track Blood ✅ & Pulse ✅"
In the middle of the rocket: "Target Locked."
Then it lands directly onto the car, destroying the area.
Scene cut.
Flashback 2: ep8
Aura, Arrow and Briana protest: "What? Why do you need the baby?"
Daniel grins menacingly: "Ohhh! So you guys want to die huh... Baelyn is injured! The cyborg is taking everyone out of his way to get the child! We don't have time for backups! Give it to me now!"
Aura, Arrow and Briana pull their weapons out immediately.
Daniel: "Guys! Please just hear me out... I need you guys to stay safe... I can't risk your lives in this!"
Briana hesitatingly: "Whatever you say Daniel, but you're NOT taking the baby!"
Daniel: "Huh? But all I want is it's towel.... "
Briana, Aura, Arrow face blank in the funniest way possible.
Daniel goes near to the mother, the girls still stay alert. And then he pats the baby's head.
"Jessica.. Could you please just give me a small baby towel."
Jessica nods: "H-here you go!"
Daniel: "Thank you. But we need to hide the baby somewhere in the hospital."
Then a scared nurse enters the room slowly.
The group is tense now.
After a while, the girls are all tense, gulping and standing in different positions in the room.
Jessica sobs in her bed. The baby is nowhere in the room to be found.
The daughter: "Oh God.. Mom please don't cry..."
Briana: "You have gone too far Daniel..."
The camera zooms in to a nurse scared sitting in the next room near Jessica's admitted room. Only her from behind wrapped in curtains camouflaging the wall, hugging the baby wrapped in her arms, trembling and terrified, while other doctors in the room are lying on the floor dead.
Scene cut.
Flashback 3: ep9
Cyborg arms open, looking around: "Come on at least answer me."
Then Cleo blasts through the main door with his techno katana in the coolest way.
The cyborg dodges by dodging his sword swing like a matrix scene. But Cleo is able to swiftly catch the broken earpiece of the cyborg in slow motion.
Then Rebex rolls his blasters in his hands as he shoots at the cyborg almost instantly after Cleo's attack. The cyborg dodges but gets shot at his chest. As the cyborg dodges, Cleo throws the earpiece of the broken stethoscope aimed at his ear to fit instantly. Cleo: "He will know. But won't have time to react."
Cleo then turns back and tries slicing his armor open with his sword. The cyborg holds the sword with two fingers and punches Cleo in the stomach.
Rebex: "Cleo!" Then Rebex throws his blasters on the cyborg's face instead of shooting directly. The cyborg falls down by this sudden attack. Then Briana pulls out her dual swords to pierce into the cyborg's heart.
The cyborg dodges by rolling to the side, and as he is punching her face in slow motion. Her eyes widen. Briana gets thrown away at the corner of the room.
Jessica and her daughter are being protected by Aura & Arrow, they're very tense.
The cyborg: "You BRATS! WHERE IS THE BABY?"
Then Rebex picks up his guns again, and as he is about to shoot, the cyborg kicks him roundhouse. And aims his machine gun arms towards Jessica and her daughter.
Cyborg: "STOP! OTHERWISE I'LL BLOW HER BRAINS OUT!"
Aura, Arrow, Cleo, Rebex, Briana, all panic and put their weapons down.
Cleo subtly gives Rebex the earpiece from behind.
Later:- ep9
The cyborg: "Do you guys want to die with him? There is a rocket hovering above our hospital ready to eliminate him! But as long as the threshold baby is here... URGH."
Cyborg's POV:
"No baby detected. No baby detected. No baby detected"
He says internally: "It isn't here. My priority changes. Take Daniel away from the hospital."
POV: As he runs a scan around him while holding the machine gun on Jessica's face.
Then suddenly he senses something.
And opens the door going outside the room.
Then in the hospital room, Rebex immediately starts tracking the earpiece with Cleo's help.
Rebex hears Helena's voice. "Make sure he has no idea about the secret base. Only we know it is in the downtown area near the largest tunnel inside Grimson forest."
Cleo: "Let me inform Miss Baelyn and Daniel real quick!"
Forward-
The cyborg looking through the corridor's window from the 3rd floor. He sees something unbelievable. His eyes open to see Daniel from behind. He is running outside the hospital gate holding a small object in hand, reminiscent of the baby.
The cyborg's eyes widen. Then in slow motion a lady's hands approach his neck from behind.
As he says: "Change all the routes to the factor-"
Baelyn chokes the cyborg from behind and pulls him behind, while bleeding from her mouth herself. The cyborg falls on the floor.
Then Cleo & Rebex ambush him from behind too, immobilizing him with sword and blasters,
Cyborg: "AHHH!" then Baelyn says
"Don't you dare track Daniel anymore! WE'VE HAD ENOUGH!!!"
Then she pierces the glaive directly into the lying cyborg's chest. The Cyborg couldn't move due to the sudden shock. And lies there dead.
Baelyn, Cleo and Rebex pant and get relaxed now.
Rebex: "We know their secret base's location now Miss Baelyn..."
Baelyn: "pant-pant- Yeah?... The real rocket has collapsed in the construction site.... the dumpster area...."
Cleo: "Can you still fly with your boots Miss Baelyn?"
Baelyn: "I can... Barely stand.... But I think... I will."
Scene forwards to Baelyn holding the cyborg corpse in her arms.
Rebex's blasters fixed into its armor, And Cleo's sword pierced into its energy core.
Cleo: "Bye bye Katana..I'll miss you."
Rebex shows a thumbs up to Baelyn. She then blasts her boots on the floor and flies outside from the broken glasses.
Then Baelyn sees the cyborg's secret base and throttles at full speed flying in the sky-
Scene changes to a short flashback:
Split screen showcase of Baelyn holding the cyborg bomb to drop into the secret base. While inside the base, cyborgs react simultaneously.
Right side: The cyborg calling Helena from the secret base in the jungle: "Yes Miss Helena, our secret base has an impossible location. Noone can track this area."
Left side: Baelyn drops the cyborg directly into the base, which now looks like a bomb diving straight into the base.
Right side: The cyborg: "Wait Miss... Helena. THE ROCKET WE SENT FROM OUR JUNGLE... IT-IT-"
Call cuts. Black screen on right.
Left side: Baelyn still flying covering her face from the ashes.
Return to present.
Helena's armor is half destroyed, as she is barely able to stand up from the explosion of the bomb earlier that Daniel threw at her.
Helena coughs and spits blood: "Daniel... you're back! To me..."
Then she notices the factory she just saw has vanished again.
Helena: "You are my naughty boy aren't you.... you tricked me with an optical illusion..."
Flashback:
The camera slowly pans from her blank face into her eyes, then through her vision.
The silhouettes are dark amidst the dusk
The borgification factory that she destroyed.
Is...back to normal.
But she just... destroyed it... hours ago...
Before she realises, there are rocks placed against a large puddle by Daniel, which at the angle of entering through the alleyway to see the factory. The sunset in the front makes the illusion more viable and realistic. The factory is already destroyed. But the rocks make it look real due to low lighting and dusk timing. 7PM.
Return to present:
Helena (coughing and smiling): "I'm proud of you. You've exceeded my expectations again...
Daniel stands in front of her and gulps, scared, almost has tears in his eyes. "Helena... you don't need to do this.. I beg you..."
Helena: "You're crying?...."
Daniel: "The baby never left the hospital."
Helena: "Daniel, come sit beside me."
Daniel sits on his feet as they face towards the sunset together, Helena's armor destroyed, very weakened, she sits keeping her knees together.
Helena: "Please understand something Daniel... I do not hate you...."
"You are the most interesting variable of this world Daniel. Why can't you stop?"
Daniel's looks emotionless for a second.
"I can't. I want to let go."
Helena (smiles and looks at him): "You are a paradox. You want to die yet your brain doesn't allow it."
Daniel looks at her sad, almost tears in his eyes: "You killed her."
Helena looks sad then faces down. "I didn't have any choice, Daniel."
Daniel: "I had a choice. To prevent history from repeating itself."
Daniel gets up silently now. "What will he do now?"
Helena looks up at him; her cybernetic armor gets short circuited as she says: "He can't stay silent anymore. That's for sure."
Daniel: "I accept. The consequences."
Aura, Arrow and Briana arrive behind Daniel after a while.
Helena pukes more blood out. Aura, Arrow and Briana gulp, looking at the dying cyborg.
Daniel looks at her and then drops the baby's towel on her head. Pure Ghost Mode (only for a second): When the towel is mid-air.
Helena holds it in her hand, confused.
Daniel: "Hold it to your face."
Helena: "What?"
WHACK
Daniel suddenly punches her in the face.
