The pale light of the afternoon had now filtered through the ornate windows of the Junagarh royal palace and fallen upon the expensive marble floor of Snigdha's massive room. Dismissing all the maids and guards of the room outside, Snigdha sat entirely alone upon her soft velvet bed, curling her two knees close to her chest, immersed in thoroughly deep thoughts. The addiction that she must go inside that dark prison tonight and exact her three boons from the Tantrik had completely taken a firm hold within her crooked head.
Placing a hand over her forehead, she began to contemplate continuously, "What can be done, tell me? Going before that fake Tantrik tonight, what boon will I actually ask for? She flatly rejected a massive desire like my mind-reading power with a single puff during the very first instance! Then what exactly can I ask for?"
While thinking, a massive clever intellect suddenly flashed across Snigdha's mind out of nowhere! Sitting up absolutely straight upon her bed, she said to herself within her mind with immense jubilation, "Aha! I have found an absolutely perfect idea, oh father! I will go to that Tantrik Boudi and straightaway demand as my first boon that—in the future, whenever any kind of desire awakens within my own mind, that desire of my mind must be fulfilled as an absolute immutable truth in a single moment! Whether it is good, bad, or no matter how massive a conspiracy it might be—the moment I utter it from my mouth, nature must accept it! Wow, if I get this boon, then I won't possess any worries at all!"
But the very next moment, biting her lip, Snigdha began to violently shake her head from side to side again. She thought within her mind in a thoroughly regretful tone, "Good riddance! No, no, such a boon can never be asked for, oh father! That dangerous, skirt-wearing Tantrik had told me herself in a strict language that—she will never give me any boon of a massive miraculous power by going outside the laws of nature and the decree of God! If I ask for such a desire-fulfilling boon now, she will flatly say 'no' right to my face in one minute! Then what do I want? What do I want, tell me?" Clutching the hair on her head, Snigdha became thoroughly restless and began to pace around the room.
While thinking, Snigdha suddenly went and stood beside the window. As the cold afternoon breeze brushed against her face, the face of her old lover Rupanjan floated before her eyes. She said to herself within her mind, "Well, if I straightaway demand that very Rupanjan as my first boon for the rest of my entire life, how would that be?"
But the moment this thought arrived in her mind, Snigdha's crooked and arrogant face contorted thoroughly uglily in an instant! Folding her two hands across her chest, she began to say to herself within her mind with extreme fierce hatred and contempt, "Uh! Out of the question! Asking for that Rupanjan boy as my husband, what exact happiness will I receive in this royal life of mine, let me hear, huh? He is a flat-out coward, a thoroughly scared and worthless boy, oh father! He cannot even accomplish any massive work in his life, and he doesn't possess any capability of his own either! He is the leader of worthless fellows, sitting day and night only with the pride of his own beauty! And I am the one who continuously has to shield and look after him like a baby from behind the scenes of the royal palace! He is of no use to me, bapu, a thoroughly useless and unemployed boy he is! For what sorrow would I go to waste this invaluable boon of mine by asking for a spineless boy like him, huh? Rather than that, let me sweep the thought of that unemployed boy completely out of my head, and let me think of some other massive royal happiness that will make this life of mine thoroughly blessed in a single moment!"
Narrowing her two eyes, Snigdha then began to let a fiendish and greedy smile manifest upon her face. Very cleverly, she laid out the blueprint for three new boons one by one flawlessly within her mind:
The First Boon: "Yes! I will demand from that Tantrik as the very first boon of my life—that my marriage should take place not in any ordinary household on the soil of this Junagarh, but into a massive, highly distinguished, and supremely powerful royal dynasty of this earth! Where a massive mountain of gold ornaments, diamonds, pearls, finances, assets, and wealth will exist, and I will rule there as the sole royal queen, reigning in happiness for the rest of my life!"
