"What??" I said, as I read the report my informer sent me.
"Jonathan took me for a test to find out if I had a c section?" I said to myself.
"Damn!"
"If I knew that scar would cause me so much harm, I would have faked it,"
"Now Jonathan knows I was pregnant once and had a normal delivery,"
"So, that means he's been suspicious of me, and now he has exactly what he needs,"
The confidence I had a while ago was replaced by fear.
I was still uncertain as to how much the doctor told him.
Is it based on the scar, that I only had one child or did he really find out?
I had small flashbacks of when Jonathan began asking me questions that were related to Veronica and the way he had been watching me over the past few weeks.
He never accused me, but now I realized his silence was far more dangerous than when he was questioning me.
I also realized the missing c section scar and using products she couldn't could also have triggered his suspicion.
