Thursday flew by in a blur of chaos. My parents and sisters were frantically packing for their flight, while I was busy "catching up" on lost time, grinding my way toward that glorious Level 10.
By evening, Michelle had returned with her extra bags, and my mom immediately took her into "babysitter-protocol" mode, listing duties like she was reciting the Ten Commandments.
After a light dinner, everyone crashed. Well, almost everyone.
I spent my newly restored PC time watching "educational" videos: lessons on cooking, sewing, knitting, woodworking, and metalwork.
It actually worked. I gained those skills and even bumped a few to Level 2 or 3. It turns out my "System" isn't just about fighting; it's a full-blown life simulator.
Friday morning was surprisingly peaceful. One last family breakfast, then the taxi arrived—a massive minivan that I helped Dad load with seven suitcases, not counting the sisters' backpacks.
Seriously, how much stuff do they need? Take notes from Dad; he's got one small bag and he's set. Women, man.
"Miguel, be good and listen to Michelle," Mom said, hugging me tight and kissing my cheek. "And call often so we don't worry."
As the minivan pulled away, a new notification popped up:
[ Quest: Good Behavior ]
[ Objective: Your parents ordered you to be "good." Don't get caught breaking any rules. ]
[ Reward: 175 XP, Improved relations, gifts/souvenirs. ]
[ Failure: "Tobi Pizda" (You're screwed). ]
Subtle. Real subtle, System.
"What are you staring at?" Michelle asked from behind me.
"Nothing. Just feels... quiet," I lied.
"Aww, want a hug to make it better?" she smirked.
"I'm sixteen, Michelle, not seven."
I retreated to my room and spent the afternoon training. I focused on my Ice Make magic, trying to create a massive hammer—Thor-style.
It came out great, but it drained my mana pool to almost zero instantly. I also finally realized I can store my ice creations in the inventory instead of letting them melt in a bucket under my bed. My Intelligence stat really needs an upgrade.
Is there anything better than a hot morning shower where you hit both a skill cap and a level up?
I almost slipped and cracked the glass door when the notification hit.
After last night's training in the Iron Man armor and sword work, I only needed 55 XP. I finally hit it.
[ Level 10 Reached! ]
But let's talk about the how.
Seriously, who designed this System? What kind of game lets you get stronger by... well, "polishing the spear"?
Even Chinese cultivation novels don't have this level of absurdity. Where did my life go wrong?
"Michael, you okay in there?" Michelle's voice came from the door.
"Yeah! Just... slipped. I'm fine!"
I dried off and checked my new stats.
Level: 10
HP: 960 | MP: 585/840
Masturbation: Level 20
I clicked the skill, and a new window opened: [ Sex Mastery Talent Tree ].
I'm not kidding. There's a whole tree for this.
I have options to increase sensitivity, duration, and even a talent for "controlling the orgasm of others" for multi-orgasm buffs.
I'm forced to level this up because it's a source of XP, and even when I eventually get a girlfriend, I'll probably still have to grind the "solo" skill if I want the stat bonuses. Life is a cruel joke.
I pulled myself together and opened the Gacha. Time for the event banner.
Mileena's Swimsuit (Mortal Kombat) – Gacha never changes. At least it's not ship-girl underwear.
Fusion Card – A new mechanic. Lets me merge two items, abilities, or beings.
Takamine Tomo (The Two Flowers of Takamine) – A generic-looking anime dude. Some slice-of-life protagonist, I guess?
Blue Dragon Roost (WarCraft) – A building? In reality? Does it let me hire dragons or do I have to build it first?
MJ / Carnage Queen (Marvel) – Mary Jane Watson possessed by Carnage. Sexy, but dangerous as hell. Into the 'Do Not Touch' pile.
Hanekawa Hasumi (Blue Archive) – Tall, winged, huge chest, and a vintage rifle. Nice addition to the collection.
Las Venturas (GTA: San Andreas) – Wait. A WHOLE CITY?! How does that even fit in a card?!
72-Hour Action Shooter Ticket – My second world ticket. This one is for a shooter world.
Olga Discordia (Kuroinu) – Dark elf, queen, massive "plot." I'm getting Vietnam flashbacks just looking at her card.
Eric Lassard (Police Academy) – The legendary, senile commandant. Meta-humor at its finest.
I checked the Fusion Card. It merges two things into one.
I also looked up Takamine Tomo. He's a hentai MC. Great.
The Blue Dragon Roost actually creates a building that lets me "hire" blue dragons.
Las Venturas literally drops a full-scale Las Vegas clone wherever I activate it. I'm not sure the US government would appreciate me spawning a second Vegas in the middle of nowhere.
Olga Discordia... well, she's from a very "dark" series, but the card says she was pulled right before her "bad ending." Good for her, I guess?
At breakfast, I asked Michelle for some "gaming advice" to hide my intentions.
"If you had a useless card and a Fusion card, would you use it?"
"Just use it," she said, sipping a massive coffee. "If the card is useless, you have nothing to lose."
I took her advice. I decided to use the Fusion on Takamine Tomo. He's my most useless card right now.
[ Fusion Process Started: 0.2%... ]
It's a slow process. While that cooks, I decided to pull the trigger on the Shooter World Ticket.
72 hours in that world is only four and a half minutes in my time. Perfect for a quick grind session.
I upgraded my Iron Man armor with my last two Enhancement cards (+30% to durability and repulsors), raided the fridge for snacks (sausages, cheese, fruit), and packed a tent and sleeping bag from the attic.
I donned the armor, activated the ticket, and braced myself.
A flash of rainbow light later, and I was standing in... a swamp?
Where the hell am I? What kind of "Action Shooter" starts in a bog?
