If he couldn't draw from a Grade 3 world pool, he might as well honestly pick two.
After weighing the pros and cons, Madara Uchiha quickly stated his choice.

Compared to the Complete Kidō Compendium, Madara cared more about the Ultra Divine Water, hoping it might bring him some surprises. After all, he already had enough offensive methods; having the Complete Kidō Compendium would merely be icing on the cake.

As for gambling on a redraw, the personality of the Tsunade from this world was the complete opposite of the original; there was no way she would do something so risky. Furthermore, her lack of offensive variety made the "glasses-girl" Tsunade pick the Zanpakutō directly.
