I hadn't even slept long when a loud voice in the room woke me up
"Goodday new recruits now that your all here, it's time for your registration.Put on the uniform in losers and in a few minutes Alexa would come get you"
I looked at Cynthia trying to fathom what the speaker just said ,but by the look on her face it was obvious she did not, understand.
"Who is Alexa and what uniforms are they talking about?"I finally asked after a full minute of silence and confusion .
"I think Alexa is the lady who brought us here,as for the uniforms...we should probably check the closet"she said taking the lead and I followed suite. The closet looked just as ordinary as it should but there was a red light blinking behind the cloths, so I pushed them aside and pushe the bottun . Just like something out of a movie the wall gave way to a bigger room,with blinding white lights.It was like those famous walk in closets filled to the brim with gadgets and costumes.
I looked around the room marvelled . In the middle of the room stood two mannequin dressed in all black.They looked like spies.
"I'm guessing those are the uniforms..."Cynthia said reading my mind
We moved towards the mannequins and when we were within 2-3 meters,it scanned us and the hands stretched towards us like it wanted to give us a handshake. Now if you watch this kinda movies (and I was praying I was in one) , you'll know it needs your handprint. I did what I thought and seconds later I was in a new outfit. I was still trying to comprehend the chances of that happening when Cynthia broke my thoughts...
"Check me out,"she said as she spun around slowly"this outfit is sold ,I only wish I had my phone right now"
"Yeah I definitely look stunning "I say chuckling ,we were acting like teenagers getting ready for prom.
"You don't get to say that but you do look stunning"she said nodding her head in agreement.
