Part 1: Fate
Saptyle jumps in directly on the dangerous ritual circle hovering on the sky.
And a massive, concentrated beam release from that circle straight on Saptyle.
It hits his body with full force.
And creates a scene of massive destruction that tears through the air.
Ryuk become completely speechless watching the sky explode.
He genuinely thought Saptyle died in that horrific attack.
He sits on the ground completely hopeless, staring upward in shock.
Then, looking down at the devastation, the dark cloak person proudly says.
"He could do absolutely nothing to stop my victory."
"The forbidden ritual I use has a strict, absolute rule bound to it."
"And the rule is that no one under heaven could ever destroy that ritual."
"Or stop it once it has been fully activated."
"Now he died a dog's death."
"Now I am gonna destroy this entire kingdom without anyone left to face me."
But before the arrogant cloak person could do anything else.
Suddenly, the massive ritual circle got cracked all across its glowing surface.
Then suddenly.
The literal space cracks open like a sheet of fragile glass.
And the indestructible circle itself got cut into pieces.
And also, terrifying space cracks appears on the skz, splitting the horizon apart.
And the trembling cloak man see Saptyle standing perfectly alive on the open sky, casually smiling down.
He had already completely destroyed the absolute ritual circle into dust.
And he also effortlessly cut the space itself using nothing but raw, perfect swordsmanship.
Then, before the cloak man could even react to the impossible sight, suddenly.
His entire torso got cleanly cut in haif by a delayed slash.
Before he could react or say a word.
The cloak man's body drops heavily on the land in 2 bleeding haifs.
And then, a split second later, the cloak man's head cut into thousands of small, microscopic pieces.
"What exactly do you mean by telling me about absolute rules and law?"
"Restrictions like that only works for the weak people who are naturally born below the law."
"They do not apply for the powerful entities who are standing far above the law."
"Even the law of this world doesn't have the authority to stop my blade from swinging."
"All though normal people can't stop this ritual under any circumstance."
"It is impossible until I simply decide to cut the law itself against it and cut this ritual down to its concept," Saptyle says calmly.
"Master...!" Ryuk says, his voice shaking.
Ryuk become entirely amazed and deeply inspired by his master's absolute, god-like strength.
Saptyle gracefully lands back on the land, sheathing his weapon.
And he walks over and saw the dead cloak person's cloak carefully to check their true identity.
"No freaking way," Saptyle says, his face turning serious.
"It's a rogue Sloth soldier."
"And a formal Fate scholar who high-key turned his back on our nation," Saptyle says.
"Oh, so that's the dark case behind this ambush," Ryuk says, walking closer.
"But why on earth he came here to attack you secretly?" Ryuk says.
"That clearly means the Sloth faction has already started their move against us."
"And I know for a fact that only 3 months left for the grand Fate fastival to happen in the capital."
"And they are already planning for a massive attack on it," Saptyle says.
"Oh, master, then we should immediately inform this urgent news to Princess Ariel," Ryuk says.
"I will personally tell that to princess later tonight."
"But as for you, now go back straight to your regular training," Saptyle says.
Ryuk nodded and immediately went for his training.
After some days pass by in a continuous, grueling routine.
Ryuk's morning training become significantly more hard on his body.
And Saptyle also goes much more hard and ruthless on Ryuk during their afternoon spars.
And on one peaceful afternoon, after finishing his long training course.
Ryuk find Saptyle doing quiet meditation while sitting on top of a flat stone.
The vast sky was completely colored an intense orange.
And the sun is slowly setting behind the distant mountains.
Then, Ryuk walks over and also sits quietly besides his master on the grass.
And silently seeing the beautiful sun set in the distance.
Then, he plucked up the courage and asked his master.
"All though I know I shouldn't ask this highly personal question to you."
"But as a full 2 weeks passed by since I became your student."
"I deeply want to know, master, why you never use your second sword in our afternoon fights?" Ryuk asked.
Saptyle slowly opens his eyes and breaths out a long, heavy sigh.
"There is an incredibly big, tragic reason sitting behind it."
"And a very long, bloody story behind it all," Saptyle says.
"Please, master, can I know about it?" Ryuk asked.
"Well, well, well."
"If you truly, deeply want to know the dark history, then I can tell you," Saptyle says.
"I was originally born in a powerful martial arts clan named the Zeon Clan."
"It was primarily a legendary clan focused entirely on the mastery of the East swordstyle."
"From the very beginning of our bloodline, Dual swords are this clan members absolute love."
"They force the young children to learn deadly dual training from the very young age of four."
"And the training was so deadly that some children tragically died during their childhood from exhaustion."
"I also have to learn the East swordstyle under those exact same extreme conditions."
"And in my time, out of 300 total children, only I survive the final deadly test."
"The other 299 children all died during the training years."
"And from that time onward, I was universally called the supreme prodigy."
"Once, a massive internal battle happens in the heart of the Zeon Clan."
"I single-handedly fought against 10 legendary East sword masters of the older generation."
"In that ruthless, bloody battle."
"I show absolutely no mercy to my own people."
"I completely killed them into pieces with my twin katanas."
"I made them felt their biggest, darkest nightmare they could ever possibly face."
"To this very day, I am still remember their terrified, fearful faces as they looked at me," Saptyle says.
"From that day forward, people across the world called me the ruthless Demon."
"A monster who shows no mercy."
"Especially."
"Whenever I actively use my dual-wielding East swordstyle."
"I completely have no rational control over my own physical body."
"My body instinctively moves like a wild Demon comes to hunt its prey."
"During those moments, that I just felt that I have an absolute urge to kill everyone who comes in my path."
"And this is not even the case or the main reason why I fear to use my East swordstyle."
"Actually, there was also a another powerful clan living nearby."
"It was the famous Magnus clan who exclusively uses the single-blade West swordstyle."
"They are the complete opposite of our clan in every single way."
"Unlike us who uses two hands to hold two separate swords."
"They strictly use one single hand and one single sword to fight."
"In between the Zeon Clan and the Magnus clan, there has always been a huge, brutal rivalry."
"But to finally end this bloody rivalry and create an alliance."
"The Zeon Clan's head's son and the Magnus clan's head's daughter have an arrange marriage."
"So everyone hoped their relation with eachother goes well and brings peace."
"And that Zeon Clan's head is none other than my own father."
"And the marriage happens between my elder brother and the Magnus clan's head's daughter name Eri."
"She has an incredibly great, captivating beauty with her."
"That special charm that she was carrying naturally with her noble bloodline."
"But then, one tragic day."
"We suddenly found our mother completely died while she was peacefully sleeping in her bed."
"That time, I was just a boy, and I cried a lot for her."
"We do her funeral with heavy hearts."
"But later, I found out that actually my mother has been secretly killed by Eri."
"That bitch killed my innocent mother in her sleep."
"And my completely dumb elder brother fully knows that she has done that crime."
"But still, because he was infatuated, he didn't even try to save our mother or punish her."
"That stupid brother is completely manipulated and controlled by his bitch wife."
"For that internal weakness, eventually the Magnus clan launched a massive, sudden attack on our clan."
"Eri comes back to the Zeon family compound to tell all the hidden secrets of our family layout."
"And she told them the exact Zeon Clan's weakness."
"And one night, they attacks us with their full force."
"Our clan wasn't ready for a battle at all."
"They killed everyone they could find in the compound."
"They killed my father right in front of me."
"And Eri herself coldly killed my elder brother after using him."
"They left me bleeding to die with immense suffering on the floor."
"I was officially the last person who survive the Magnus clan attack in my entire clan."
Then, as I lay there, I was completely covered from head to toe with my own family blood.
"That time, I feel absolutely nothing inside my soul."
"I was just thinking about one single thing."
"Pure revenge."
After that horrific night, when I finally turn 12 years old.
"I went straight to the main compound of the Magnus clan."
"That time, I completely forgot about the existence of the word Mercy."
"Whoever I saw standing in my path."
"I sliced them into pieces without a thought."
"With my dual katanas drawn and active."
"Whoever comes in my path got sliced up instantly into meat."
"That time, I felt something completely different and dark inside."
"It was the awakening of the internal Demon of mine."
"And that internal demon wiped out the Magnus clan entirely from existence in a single night."
"Not only that."
"I entered the deadly, war-torn world of Tenzu."
"That time, multiple wars on Tenzu happening continuously across every region."
"I join the Tenzu wars to unleash my rage."
"And that time, I officially got the title of the Ruthless Demon from the nations."
"Because one specific time during a battle."
"I single-handedly killed 150,000 elite Leon army's knights at once."
"And I slaughtered 10,000 Fate, Chaos, Hope, Dream, Will, and Order scholars."
"And I killed 300,000 normal humans who got caught in the crossfire."
"That time, I completely lost my humanity."
"That time, I lose absolutely everything a person can lose."
"Even my basic sense of humanity was completely gone."
"So after that dark era."
"I come to the Fate kingdom to escape my past."
"And I officially challenged and got the East sword Saint title."
"And then, I completely abandoned this life of constant slaughter."
"I started to live normally like a normal, quiet person."
"From the very beginning of my life, I was trapped in that world of blood."
"But later, I now do meditation, humble Farming, and talking happily with the city children."
"And I try my best to help the common kingdom peoples."
"Now, looking at them, I feel like I finally found my true treasure."
"I don't find anything valuable or fulfilling in violence anymore."
"This small activity and a peaceful life makes a man truly happy."
"And that's why, to keep my dangerous internal Demon calm and asleep, I do constant meditation and do not use my East swordstyle."
"That's the ultimate reason I do not use the East swordstyle anymore," Saptyle explains thoroughly.
"Come with me, let me show you something in the city," Saptyle says, standing up.
Then, Saptyle and Ryuk went together to a specific place in the Fate kingdom.
They find many poor people living in absolute misery inside the crowded slums.
And they saw the Fate knights giving out hot lentil soup for food to the long lines of citizens.
As this unfortunate people get food hardly once every few days.
And right in front of them, one starving mother took that hot lentil soup directly in her bare hands because she had no bowl.
It was boiling hot in temperature and heat.
Her hand was visibly burning and blistering from the liquid.
But she knows that there is absolutely nothing she could do if she wants her family to survive.
She simply walk away quietly without making a sound.
And she gently feed that hot lentil soup to her crying children, ignoring her own skin.
Ryuk felt very bad and deeply heartbroken for those unfortunate people.
And seeing how brutally poor the common people are in this territory.
"Princess Ariel is trying her absolute best to solve this type of massive social problems."
"But the deep problem can't be solved easily by royal orders alone."
"There are many people in the Fate kingdom who are actively facing this exact poverty problems."
"And solving this huge amount of suffering is not that easy for the crown."
"And also, the crashing economy is also a very big issue of this entire problem."
"I feel incredibly bad for them every single day."
"They do not have proper clothes to shield them."
"They do not have that luxury to fear death from monsters."
"They just could barely afford something simple to eat to survive."
"That's why I sometimes spend my free time playing with the slum childrens."
"That made me genuinely happy and keeps the beast inside me quiet," Saptyle says softly.
Ryuk then started to cry heavily, tears streaming down his face seeing the raw reality.
"Ryuk, a proud swordsman never cry like this in the open," Saptyle says firmly, looking at him.
Ryuk then wiped his eyes and stop his cry then and there, looking up with determination.
"If you can successfully succeed to prove me that you are truly worthy, then I promise I will fight with you in My true East swordstyle," Saptyle says with a smile.
"I would absolutely love that, master," Ryuk says with fire in his eyes.
Saptyle just smiles warmly, looking back at the twilight.
Then, later that night.
Leo, Ryuk, and Haruto were all staying together in the same bedroom inside the castle.
Leo was loudly describing how does his miserable day passed under Ken's orders.
And he rants about how he literally become a full-time maid for this castle, scrubbing floors and washing dishes.
And he laments that he can't even come closer to hitting Ken during their afternoon spars.
And that's exactly why Leo wants to train harder to go equal in the same power level as Ken.
Ryuk also started describing how amazingly powerful and deep Saptyle really is.
Then, turning his head, Ryuk asked Haruto about his personal training days.
"My training goes completely normal as compare to you to guys," Haruto says with a calm look.
"And I am gonna become a south swordstyle user some days in the future," Haruto says.
"What?"
"Really!?" Ryuk says, jumping up in pure surprise.
"Yeah, Mrs. Flora will personally teach me the forms when I will finally get my official sword."
"And in these passing days, I just sit around to read books and collect historical knowledge," Haruto says.
"Then your training is very easy and peaceful as compare to us who are dying out there," Ryuk says, shaking his head.
"You might can say that from the outside," Haruto says with a small smile.
Then, the conversation ended, and everyone falls asleep in their beds.
Then, in the dead of the night at exactly 3 A.M.
Haruto suddenly wakes up completely alert.
And he silently sneaks out of the dark room to go to a secret, hidden underground base deep beneath the Fate castle.
Then, as he walked down the hidden stone stairs, many ancient lamps shown along the walls.
But the fire burning in it was a strange, ghostly white color.
"Let's see if today I would successfully entered the hidden world Hermit Zero was talking about," Haruto says to himself, stepping into the chamber.
