Amazonia. It was the name of the planet that the mysterious underground vampire city resided, as well as the equally mysterious vampire, Arthur. If there was a hidden off grid place to take Quinn, it would be there.
Not only that, but it hadn't been too long since the military abandoned it. They would likely still have a portal to the place.
"I should also clarify," Logan continued, "Amazonia will be the second portal Quinn will go through. The first would be to military base 2."
Layla knew of Logan to be an incredibly smart individual, and he brought up an excellent point that all of the portals at the base would be owned by the military. What she couldn't understand was why go to military base 2?
