Cyborg Pov
50 minutes earlier...
Holographic screens are displaying many activities by heros, villains and civilians all over the world through cameras, phones and Internet social media as usual.
I pick missions for all possible teams from teen titans, young Justice and some times the Justice League of the threat is significant to alert them.
"Everything seems good!" I look at the screens once more confirming there wasn't a missing detail when I receive a call for an old friend. "Cliff I didn't expect a call from you!"
"Well I didn't plan on it either but boom...!" As Cliff speaks I hear a huge explosion in the background "what was that, Jane going crazy again!" "Sorry but we are in some really big problem right now and I need you to call your team immedia... boom!!! Just find me!" Cliff ends the call and hearing by the sounds the battle must be intense
Connecting to comms of all teams available near the area, all teams available near the gps location provide backup to Robotman and crazy Jane. I will send files over for identification and hurry looks like they don't have much time!" After informing them I connected to a satellite to view the fight and what I saw left me frozen for a few seconds pressing the emergency comms once more
"All units high radio activity in the area repeat high radiations !!!"
My scanners already working on how to act before sending the report as a high priority to batman given how dense the radio waves are increasing!
Real time battlefield....
Facing such a group wasn't really in my a situation I thought I would met them in. Looking at them once more before closing my eyes breathing in before exhaling, when I open my eyes everything is frozen in place
"Well one of the few reasons I didn't panic was this" I look at them all in place but not only them everything in the universe is, I stand for a moment admiring sho kusakabe's time freeze ability and the best part I won't freeze to death from over using it like the original.
First things first though...
Approximately two hours later or so I can't tell because everything is frozen I drop on the couch before closing my eyes. "Sleep and rest first I can think of everything later!"
The moment my eyelids snap shut time resumes like normal. Unknown to me I just got the attention of someone (well in truth many but they just took notice nothing more)
I would never have been exposed to meet so soon but that's for later.
Battlefield resumed time. (Starfire POV)...
I watch the young boy tense as he was still midair before seeing him relax, he spoke in pain and hurt I could understand him, his emotions and thoughts after all I have been dealing with children like him since I joined the teen titans.
"You.." I was about to speak up again when I see he close his eyes and instinctively tense up thinking a fight was about to break out but the next moment he vanshes before all of us.
"Wh.. what! He just vanished??" "Ugh.... damn it!" Turning my head to only to be speechless and in shock but every one gathered as well. "How did that happen!" exclaimed beast boy questioning the same thought in our heads, flash, kid flash bound by power suppressors.
Superboy and Supergirl tied up in chains which shouldn't really be a problem to them but they were tangled with Robin, Batgirl and some others which meant of they brute their way out risk breaking the others in the process!
"Damn the bastard wasn't using everything in the fight!" I could hear a curse from Jane in cuffs with Cliff. The voice through the comms is what got me out of my shock.
"Confirm is the target still there!" Asked Cyborg "negative he got away!"
After a three hour search in the nearby area for a radius of 7kms with no clue we had to return to base to make a report. "Alright titans lets head back though what was the young Justice doing here!" I ask Aqulad since his the leader of this group "we finished a mission near the area when we heard the message from Cyborg and decided to help if possible after all the explosion was heard for miles!"
I nod understanding the situation seeing that they have a jet to return, I turn to my team and head back! Meanwhile in the watch tower seated in a comfortable chair was Batman running simulation after simulation analyzing the data got from the fight the radiation and disappearance.
His expression blank but inward complex feelings as he reads different reports from different teams and individuals but only two reports are constantly showing and those were for the speedsters available and one line marked "I didn't see anything!"
That was enough to get batman seated on his computer with multiple AI assistants trying to find out what even made an experienced speedster like flash not see how they were bound and the fact that not even a second passed but many were tied up!
"Flash can tie them up in a second or two but they would see or feel it but none no one felt a thing!" Muttering to himself before pulling a threat list adding a name to it

"Computer set full search city wide for this Mike!" After that I file the case away to other matters, my gut says we won't hear from him anytime soon!
After a week sleep I stir in the couch of the lovely cabin in the woods three states away from the place I woke up in. Reason I chose it was that it was well hidden from many but still publicly known am guessing a honeymoon spot due to the decorations and theme of everything, plus the pictures on the wall.
"Ahmm I I haven't had such a peaceful sleep in ten years, I might have slept for a day or two" murmuring to myself as I stretch my arms sitting up "approximately one week 8hrs 38 mins and 56 seconds!" A monotonous calm male voice answers me
Looking across from me is a man I never believed to ever meet and see. Stunned and shocked before pinching myself "yes I am before you and had a lot of questions but first close your mouth please. It's bad for your health especially someone as young as you!"
The man smiles looking at me calmly so I close my mouth sit up to face him as he sat on the single seat chair "I already know you name my name and more about me than anyone I know of!"
I finally speak up "yes but I wasn't expecting to run into you Dr. Manhattan!"
