So, we headed towards the restaurant, I sat next to Charlie girl and Monty with his date. I had ordered a couple of dogs and root beer, Charlie decided on manicotti while Monty and his gal ordered a small pizza half with cheese, white sauce and garlic butter and half with pepperoni, mortadella, cabanossi, bacon and a lot of hot peppers to share. "Wow" I said " that's quite an interesting spicy meat salad ya got there, gator boy " " least ma' dish ain't as bland as yers " he sneered. "What are you trying to say, croc"? I replied with a playful glare. "Bet ya'h can't handle it, is all" he sighed sarcastically with a playful smirk. "Is that a challenge, lizard man"? I replied back "ya'h on" he replied in turn.
He handed me a slice of the pizza he had ordered then he took out a bottle of habanero and ghost pepper hot sauce and drizzled some on his slice of pizza, I too also took it and sprayed a little more on mine. Then we both ate our spicy slices of pizza at the same time. Little did I know within less than 2 minutes, I couldn't take the heat any longer and cried out " Yeow, ow, ow, ow, Mucho hotto"! I can hear Monty snickering in the background, I looked over and said " ha ha, it is to laugh " " told ya'h " he stated with a calm smile in victory.
The waitress who served us our food came over and asked "deserts"? " We'll have a small order o' benights " Monty ordered. Charlie and I ordered a chocolate milkshake to share. Afterwards, we headed towards the theater, tonight's showing was " the raven" and "the princess and the frog" " what do you think, ladies "? Monty and I asked the girls in hope they'd picked "the raven" Charlie and Nelly both looked at each other with a wink and said "the princess and the frog" "aww, man" I sighed in disappointment. " But sweetheart " I tried to sway them.
"Sorry, Mousie boy, it's their call" Monty replied with a smirk. " You're watching it too, lizard tail "! I stated. " I know " he replied back. As we made it inside the theater, we stopped by the concession stand to grab popcorn and drinks. Then we sat in the front row seats waiting for the film to start, what caught my attention was we were the only ones in the theater seeing this movie. But on the plus side, I was enjoying seeing it with my girl. Monty and Nelly seemed to be enjoying the movie as well. Now the seating arrangement was Nelly and Charlie were in the middle while Monty sat on the other side of Nelly, and I sat on the other side of Charlie. Now usually I never really got into romantic films, I was more the adventure and action film type of guy. I couldn't help but notice Monty flirting with Nelly as the romantic scenes in the movie came up. Charlie held my hand and leaned her head on my shoulder, and I was lost in the moment.
After the movie was over, we made our way out the theater, then Monty spoke up and said "I know a cool spot t'a go dancin at N' I happen t'a personally know tha DJ there" "awesome " we all replied at once. So, we made our way to the west arcade, and we see a giant spider animatronic with headphones on his head and piano keys for teeth on a decent sized stage to support his size. Monty walked over to him and introduced us to him. "Guys, this is DJ mm, mm for short" he said. " Mm, this is m'a date, Nelly " "Hello " she replied softly. "Along with Vinnie N' his gal, Charlie " he finished. "A pleasure to meet y'all " he greeted us with a warm smile. "Hey, pleasure is all ours " Charlie and I both said.
"So, what brings ya to my side of the plex"? DJ mm asked in curiosity. Monty explained the whole date night situation and sure enough, DJ started to play some tracks, the first song he played was "I want you " by savage garden, then the entire room was dazzled with an amazing light show. I got to dancing with Charlie girl and Monty with his girl. It was definitely a night to remember, then the DJ played "kiss the girl" thanks to Charlie's request. At first, I wasn't sure what to expect til I felt her pulling me towards her into a slow yet graceful dance. "You're sure know how to read me" I said teasingly. "And I'm not the only one " she winked referring to Monty and Nelly as the two of them seemed to be in their own little world. As the song came to an end, I noticed Monty and Nelly were starting to walk off somewhere "come on, let's go "! Charlie whispered. " Why "? I asked. But before I knew it, she dragged me by the arm following in the same direction as Monty and Nelly went.

After the song "kiss the girl " came to an end, Monty leaned into my ear and whispered, " can ewe talk "? I nodded "sure " and followed him towards a different part of Monty golf that I've never noticed before. It was overrun with jungle like plants and vines, sounds of running water from a fake waterfall could be seen and heard all around us. " What is this place "? I asked with curiosity. "Oh, this is gonna t'a become a new swimming attraction that'll be opened t'a tha public a few days from now" he explained. "Neat, should come swimming here sometime " I said with a big smile. "So" I said " what did you want to talk about "? I asked Monty. "Well, "he started to say "I know that we only just met and technically we're on a date " "go on" I replied. "What I'm tryin t'a say is, will ya'h be m'a girlfriend "? He finally asked with flushed cheeks. "Sure " I said happily. "Now I get that I'm a robotic gator N' yer're a human but.... wait what"? He rambled. I said "Sure, I'll be your girlfriend " I repeated. "really "? He asked as if looking for confirmation " need I repeat myself "? I asked playfully.
"So, we're like officially datin now"?! He asked. I just responded with a kiss to his lips and after 3 minutes later, I asked " now does that answer your question"? "Yeah, loud N' clear, Cher" he sighed in relief that his tail couldn't contain from wagging crazily happy. As we were about to kiss again, I heard something like a rustling sound coming from behind one of the bushes. Monty went to check it out and only to find Charlie and Vinnie hiding amongst it. "Seen or heard anythin interestin, ya'h spies"? He spoke sarcastically.
"I told you that it was a bad idea, doll " Vinnie said to Charlie. "But worth it " she replied in turn. "I had a feeling that there was something there between you two" she teased with a wink. "Now I believe Vinnie has something he owes me" "I do "? He asked. She walked over towards him and said, " I had a great time tonight, Vinnie, thank you " and kissed him on the lips to the point his cheeks went rosy, pink, he was all smiles and totally speechless. We all had a good laugh over it. Then it was about closing time as we headed towards Freddy's room to grab the kids, I saw both Danny and lily were sound asleep on the couch. "So, what do we do now"? I asked. "Ya'll could just crash here fer the night Monty suggested. "What, here, in the pizza plex "? We all looked at each other in surprise.
"Nobody'd cares since Nelly works here and I'm sure that the boss won't mind " Monty replied. "Sure, why not "both Charlie and I stated in agreement. The kids along with throttle and Modo in Freddy's room, Chica with Roxanne in Roxy's room and Vinnie, Charlie Monty and I in Monty's room. We turned out the lights and settled in for the night.
