I sat up and looked around. Trees with sparkling leaves stretched high into the sky. Flowers of all colors bloomed along a path. I could even hear the soft sound of a river in the distance. It was beautiful, but… it was not my world.
"Where… am I?" I whispered. My voice sounded strange in my own ears.
As I stood up, I noticed something on my hand—a small, glowing stone. It pulsed with a soft blue light. Curious, I picked it up. A voice suddenly spoke in my mind.

I looked down at my hands. My life had changed forever. I could feel the excitement in my chest. Adventure… real adventure… it was mine now.
We started walking along the path. Soon, we saw a small village. Smoke rose from chimneys, and people walked around, laughing and talking. But something felt off.
A group of men blocked the path. They wore ragged clothes and sneered at everyone passing by. One of them pointed at me.
"Hey, new guy! You look rich. Hand over your coin if you don't want trouble!"
I froze. I had no idea how this world worked, but Pip whispered in my ear:

I clenched my fists, feeling power surge through me. The men laughed at me, but I didn't back down.
With a quick movement, I dodged the first man's punch. My hands glowed slightly. I pushed forward, hitting him with a soft, yet powerful strike. He stumbled backward, surprised.
The other men charged me, but I was faster. I jumped, ducked, and struck with precise timing. They were no match for me.
After a few minutes, they ran away, cursing. I stood there, breathing hard, feeling my heart race.
Pip jumped up, clapping its tiny paws. "Good job, Alex! That was amazing! You're officially an Adventurer!"
I smiled, feeling proud. This was just the beginning. I didn't know what awaited me in this world, but I knew one thing: I was ready.
