What is Soul...
All living things have grappled on this intangible energy for so long... But is it really that intangible.
The source of all things living. The energy that keeps things alive.
Humans have tried to understand this and use it to "better" themselves...
They soon know that our flesh.... Is just a vessel.... This world is a vessel.. containing within it a very power energy.
In trying to understand it with a faced with a great evil... Shadows
Beingsof pure soul energy... Or is what we thought... they also are vessels but not total vessels... Their bodies can change shape, they can heal themselves at will.
Shadows craves one thing... Souls
They attack all things living... But found that humans has a higher concentration of soul energy.
Humans used their weapons to fight back but that was proved to be ineffective... With some understanding of soul energy... They found that they can attack and actually kill the shadows.
Soul contains the true essence of the vessel, of the consciousness.
By understanding their souls... They can use soul energy to conjure their soul abilities... It varies from vessel to vessel.
There are two parts in a vessel that holds soul energy... The most used the part at the abdominal region... This section can be adjusted with training to contain and generate more soul energy... And the most powerful but dangerous... At the heart which is fixed and when finished the vessel dies.
Any human that tries to consume soul directly, bear the risk of becoming Nemons.... Half human, half shadows.
