Chapter 1 - The child who sees what others cannot see

That night, silence wrapped around the small house, and the stars shimmered in the sky as if whispering secrets no one could understand. Everyone was asleep, but Yusuf did not sleep for long. He saw a dream… a dream unlike any he had seen before.

It was not just passing images. It was alive, vivid—like another reality. He saw a light surrounding him, and things moving around him in a strange harmony, as if the entire universe knew him… or was waiting for him.

He woke up suddenly, his heart racing.

He sat still, looking around, trying to understand. Everything was the same: the walls, the darkness, the stillness of the night… but inside him, something had changed.

In the morning, his face was calm, but his eyes carried something new. Something no one noticed… except one.

Jacob was watching him silently.

He approached gently, sat beside him, and said in a warm voice:

"You saw something… didn't you?"

Yusuf hesitated for a moment, then looked at his father as if he had finally found someone who understood him.

"Yes… but I don't know what it means."

Jacob smiled—a faint smile that hid a deep concern.

"Not all visions are understood at once."

He paused, then added in a more serious tone:

"Some of them… require patience."

In another corner of the house, eyes were watching.

They did not hear the words, but they saw the looks… and felt the difference.

Yusuf was not like them.

And their father's love for him was not like his love for them.

As days passed, this feeling was no longer just a passing thought… it began to turn into something else.

Something that grew in the shadows… slowly, but steadily.

As for Yusuf, he did not understand any of it.

He only felt that a path was waiting for him.

A path unlike any other.

And in his heart… there was a light.
