ASHES OF FATE

He lived as a loyal soldier to an absolute king. He fought in the crown’s name, protected the one he loved, and rose higher than someone like him ever should have. In the end, though, he would die because of someone he had trained himself. But death was not the end. Before his consciousness could fade away, a god pulled him into the depths of his own mind and offered him a deal: a few years of bloodshed in his name, in exchange for a long life of peace.
