Chapter 202 - Character Introduction—Jun Mo Li

Birthday: July 16

Name: Jun Mo Li

Affiliation: Qingce Village, Liyue

Role: Sustained damage dealer

Vision: None

Constellation: Sword Head Constellation

Weapon Type: Sword

(All the following skill names are ones Second Brother renamed for his techniques after hearing storytellers describe them.)

Normal Attack · Thousand Army Blood Fiend:

Normal Attack

Performs up to five consecutive slashes forward.

Charged Attack

Consumes a certain amount of stamina while unleashing three slashes forward and backward.

Plunging Attack

Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground, attacking enemies along the path and dealing AoE damage upon landing.

(Basic swordsmanship learned from Father Jun Xiao—in the storyteller's mouth, it's swordsmanship that draws blood and seals the throat upon drawing the blade.)

Elemental Skill · Blood as Guide

My sword is infamous—drawing it requires blood. But it must be the enemy's blood.

The character performs one charged attack, knocking back nearby enemies and entering Sword Heart Clarity state.

Each time damage is dealt to an enemy unit, apply one stack of [Blood Guide] to the enemy unit and gain one stack of [True Intent] for self.

In Sword Heart Clarity state, charged attack consumes 3 stacks of [True Intent] to release one [Heavenly Salvation]. Cooldown: 20s.

Sword Heart Clarity

DMG dealt increased by 30% Own DEF decreased by 20% Cannot receive any elemental infusion or enchantment Lasts 12s

Blood Guide

For each stack, enemy unit takes 5% increased DMG, up to 4 stacks. When new Blood Guide is applied, refreshes duration on that enemy unit. Each stack lasts 4s

True Intent

For each stack of [True Intent], ATK SPD increased by 3%, up to 12 stacks. When True Intent is present, refreshes duration. Each stack lasts 4s

Heavenly Salvation

When releasing charged attack, charge for 1s—deals one instance of Physical DMG to all enemy units in the forward path. If the target has Blood Guide mark, damage is doubled. During charging and releasing Heavenly Salvation, character takes no damage and gains Super Armor.

(Corresponds to fast sword Severing Waterfall and heavy sword Severing Mountain—in the storyteller's description, these two techniques are one: flexible and adaptable, enough to turn the tide.)

Elemental Burst · Mortal Dust Calamity

Can be activated when total stacks of Blood Guide and True Intent on field exceed 15. Consumes all Blood Guide/True Intent on field and enters [Mortal Dust Farewell] state. For every three stacks of Blood Guide/True Intent consumed, deals one instance of Physical DMG to all enemy units.

Mortal Dust Farewell

Ignores 40% of enemy DEF Cannot switch characters Automatically ends when Blood Guide/True Intent stacks on field fall below three Deals up to 12 instances of Physical DMG in one use

(Corresponds to ultimate Severing God—the storyteller describes it as Lightce Sword Immortal's final sword bidding farewell to the mortal world.)

(The wooden sword that pierced Chi's body was the result of drawing human realm power—not truly Second Brother's swordsmanship. Severing God was already the peak of Second Brother's swordsmanship in life.)

Passive Talent 1 · Flaw:

While Jun Mo Li is on field, cannot generate Elemental Particles. After Jun Mo Li defeats an enemy, restores 5 Energy to off-field characters. Triggers once every 5s.

(Second Brother doesn't even have a Vision—of course he can't generate Elemental Particles.)

Passive Talent 2 · Sword Immortal Talent:

When a party member deals damage with Elemental Skill/Elemental Burst, Jun Mo Li gains one stack of [Sword Art]. For each stack of Sword Art, gains 10% Physical DMG Bonus, up to 5 stacks.

(In the storyteller's tales, Second Brother often learned the opponent's swordsmanship with just one glance.)

Passive Talent 3 · Roaming the Jianghu:

Upon entering combat, Movement SPD increased by 50%. Greatly reduces time to disengage from combat.

(Learning swordsmanship—mastering some lightness skill is perfectly reasonable.)

Constellation: Those who have passed away no longer have their constellations displayed in Teyvat's starry sky.

(After all, Second Brother is a heroic soul—not a normal person.)

Signature Weapon:

Name: Soaring Firmament (Drawn) (Jun Mo Li exclusive)

Weapon Type: Sword

CRIT DMG: 44.2%

Equipment Description (Refinement 1):

When the equipping character uses Elemental Skill, the above effects are increased by 100%, character gains interruption resistance and 20% DMG reduction, lasts 6s.

Soaring Firmament (Sheathed)

Weapon Type: Sword

Rarity: 5★

Base ATK: 542

CRIT Rate: 22.1%

Equipment Description (Refinement 1):

Merely Waiting

ATK increased by 20%. For each enemy defeated, DMG increased by 5%, up to 15% DMG increase through this effect.

When releasing Normal Attack · Charged Attack, wielder gains one stack of [Gaze]. ATK increased by 5%, up to 4 stacks of [Gaze] through this effect.

(After receiving reader feedback, Soaring Firmament is designed with dual forms: drawn form only in Second Brother's hands, sheathed form for other characters.)

(After all, Soaring Firmament is not only Second Brother's signature in-game but also highly bound to him in the plot—letting Soaring Firmament be freely used by others would basically be NTR...)
