Joon-ho stares at me his eyes holding suspicion towards me, i try to move my trembling lips yet my words freeze mid way…I almost forgot he had this amount of power, the ability to pressure intel out of his opponent using the sheer strength of aura…but how could I see his aura…it's impossible to witness this energy with the naked eye…
I clench my pipe gulping, I look for an excuse for my knowledge about the monsters of the Abyss…Joon-ho's eyes sparkle with dark amusement as I begin to speak.
"This is like a video game…and I am from a family of fortune tellers…" my lips sprout words like a fortress of imaginary trees.
"Video game…fortune teller…family…" Joon-ho repeats the words his lips curling into a dark smirk.
I higher my gaze…looking up at Joon-ho with determined eyes…the flame of survival igniting within me…Joon-ho chuckles deeply sensing the little spark.
"So tell me fortune teller…can you predict this…?" Joon-ho yells as he holds his sword and swings it near me…I barely dodge the attack huffing and catching my breath…Joon-ho looks at me with curiosity.
"So…you dodged 'The Slash Of The Great Demon'…intresting…even though i used only…0.01 precent of its power…" he laughs mockingly yet a sting of unease surfaces a bit cracking his confident facade just a little.
"So you underestimate me… Joon-ho…I know you are strong…but everyone got something to give to this world…" I shout out confidently…knowing that Joon-ho won't budge.
Suddenly the sky cracks again spilling more beasts monsters and demons out of it…i look around to see if there's anyone under the rubble or hiding behind the fallen buildings…I hear a child cry from under the broken rocks…i hurry towards the source for the sound…and pick up the kid while soothing him with sweet reassuring phrases…the little boy calms down…
"Miss…what's…going…on…" the young child sobs heavily.
Joon-ho laughs at me "trying to escape..?…or are you just genuine…?..fortune teller…" he chuckles.
I sigh…I begin to regret my teenage decisions….why did I write an arrogant main character also he has a mad side hope I won't cross with it…I take a deep breath…
"We need to go to Mac's bookstore…it has an important thing in there…" I lift the boy and begin to leave.
"Stop…right there woman…!" Joon-ho screams…I turn my head and stare at him annoyed…
"You said we…so I am coming with you…you are an intriguing girl…i will keep you close…" Joon-ho adds then stands beside me…
I sigh…then continue my way to Mac's bookstore…the little boy still in my arm's and the main character of my book beside me…
After a bit we reach the old store…its sign barely holding for the massive earthquake early on was a toll on it…we step foot into the building…then i hand over the kid to Joon-ho he frowns.
"So—take care of the kid don't hurt him—ok…" I let out a commanding tone…
"You seriously have some guts…bossing me around eh..?" Joon-ho shouts angrily yet he still takes hold of the small terrified boy.
I leave the kid with Joon-ho hoping that none of them get hurt…that kid has the exact description as Philip one of Joon-ho's rivals i am sure of it, the curly blonde hair and sweet blue eyes…Philip is the only one who can almost stand his ground against Joon-ho…I need to change the ending…these two must get close to each other I must help them form a sibling bond…
I finally reach my destination…at the end of the bookstore lays a fallen shelf…between the dozens of books is a enhancement book…if I follow the instructions right I could make my rusty pipe stronger…
I find a red book…red aura seeping from it…so this is it…I think to myself deeply, then call for Joon-ho and little Philip…they come…I then begin to chant a spell in order to enhance my pipe using the magical book…the aura from the item flows into my pipe and a red glow bursts out…
Philip's eyes sparkle for it was the first time he witnessed magic…while Joon-ho smiles dangerously as if he hit the jackpot…chills running through my spine…
"So did your little fortune telling tell you about the whereabouts of this magical enhancement item…?" Joon-ho yells dangerously as he puts Philip down and draws out his blade.
"No…I just saw a red string…so I followed it here…" I state with an unreadable expression.
"So you can see aura aswell…." Joon-ho tries to read me but fails…
"You are valuable…!" He whispers the last part yet i hear him.
"Ummm….can you two stop this is scary…!" Philip cries out trying to stop the conflict…me and Joon-ho smile at him then..calm down…
