The top floor of Silvermoon Court.
Unlike the dining areas below, which were surrounded by all kinds of magical scenery, this place did not contain any extravagantly dazzling decorations. There were so few tables and chairs that, at a glance, the entire floor appeared to consist of nothing more than a vast courtyard bathed in moonlight.
There were no walls surrounding the courtyard.
A nearly transparent spatial barrier completely isolated the howling, frigid winds of the high altitude without obstructing the view in the slightest.
From here, one could overlook most of the Inner Ring District.
Tens of thousands of lamps extended into the distance along the streets and suspended railways, while flying vehicles moved between buildings of different heights like flowing rivers of light.
At the deepest part of the courtyard, a young woman sat alone beside a long silver white table.
