"We all know that all people have their own interests ". I have my own interests and my interest is cooking . when I was 15_ 16 years old, I was interested in cooking .I often watched videos on YouTube to learn new recipes and technique.l learn how to cook momo for the first time . I was so happy because I could cook it well.This experience made me even more interested in cooking ,and I started experimenting with different recipes. Even when I failed in some experiment,I never gave up on my interest. This experience made me even more passionate about cooking and I started experimenting with different recipes and flavors.
I learn about spices and that was interesting . Enjoying my every cooking work I do . My parents asked me to cook new dishes and try tasting them . This was a very proud moment for me. I slowly improved allmy mistake . Cooking makes me happy ,and when I'm in a bad mood , I cook and eat to feel better. I enjoy watching mukbang and cooking videos and l have seen many of them.
Cooking is part of our daily routine. We need to cook dishes in order to eat . If your work matches your interest you will truly enjoy what you do. When you are interested in your work . It does not feel like a burden or pressure. Instead you feel happy motivate and excited to complete your task .you can focus better and give your best performance because you are doing something you love.Even if there are challenges you will not feel tired easily,and you will try to solve problem with a positive attitude.On the other hand,if you do work that does not match your interest ,you may feel bored And stressed . Therefore choosing work according to your interest is very important for happy and successful life.

In hospitality sector it is very important because the quality of food directly affect the customer satisfaction. Good cooking skill helps to create delicious dishes and provide a better experience for guest .It also helps in building a good reputation for hotels and restaurant. Therefore cooking plays a vital role in hospitality industry.
And that is the reason why I am interested in cooking .After completing my 10 th class ,I decided to study hotel management in 11 th class because I am interested in cooking and hospitality sector.In my opinion,this is the subject for me because it matches my interest in cooking and hospitality sector,and it will help me build a successful career in my life .In my 11 th class ,I focused on my studies and worked hard to build my career .I tried my best to improve my knowledge and skills , especially in hotel management, because I want to achieve success in the future.
When my college organized pratical classes,I was very excited for my first pratical.It was a new experience for me and I was eager to learn new skills and gain hands on experience in cooking.In my pratical ,I work very hard to learn and improve my cooking skills.I focused on following instructions carefully and practicing every step to become more confident in the kitchen.I learn how to cut vegetables properly during my pratical classes.I practiced different techniques to make the even and presentable , which is very important in kitchen.
So, you can choose your job ,work according to your interest .when you do something you enjoy, you will feel motivated , perform better and achieve success more easily.Choosing work based on your interest also makes your career more satisfying and enjoyable.
