Chapter 100 - Chapter 100: Elysian Star Sea

Just as the two bodies were about to fall to the ground, a purple array appeared out of thin air and caught Shun and Raiden Mei's bodies.

Misteln gently loosened her grip on the banner. The vibrant banner slowly floated down to the side. Her face was filled with an incomparably gentle expression, like the warmest breeze on a spring day, softly embracing Shun's body.

Then, Misteln carefully took a few steps, searching for a suitable spot in this lush reed field. Finally, she found a flat and soft patch of grass. She gently bent down and placed Shun lightly on her firm yet soft, jade-like white thighs. The scene at this moment seemed frozen in time, everything appearing so peaceful and beautiful.

As for Raiden Mei, she could just be tossed aside. After all, Misteln wasn't familiar with her, and the difficult-to-heal injuries on Shun's body were somewhat related to her anyway.

"I've finally found you again. This time, you're not allowed to suddenly disappear, okay?" Misteln spoke to the unconscious Shun as if talking to herself.

Her fingers gently brushed through Shun's hair, tenderly stroking the top of his head.

"Speaking of which, I went to see Alexandra on the way. I originally thought I would never return to that snowy plain again… Never mind. I'll tell you about these things when you wake up."

At this very moment, Shun felt as if he were in a dreamlike world. He slowly raised his head. What met his gaze was a vast, boundless starry sky. Countless stars twinkling with faint light dotted the black curtain of the heavens, like brilliant gems embedded within, radiating a captivating glow.

At the same time, Shun looked down and discovered he was standing on a water surface as smooth and calm as a mirror. The water was crystal clear, reflecting the starry sky above, making the entire scene feel dreamlike and causing one to be unable to tell which side was the real sky. A gentle breeze blew past, lightly stirring the hem of Shun's clothes, yet it did not create even the slightest ripple on this miraculous water surface. It remained peaceful and mysterious, as if time itself had frozen here.

"Where is this? Is this the place I reached after touching the Origin?" Standing on the water surface felt as if an invisible force was supporting him, but in this place that seemed to contain nothing, what could he do?

Misteln had revealed too little information. After entering this unknown space, Shun no longer knew what he should do next.

"Tsk, troublesome. I'll just walk around for now." Anyway, he couldn't just stand here doing nothing forever. He might as well start moving and act according to the situation.

For some reason, Shun felt as if he had heard a pleasant laugh like silver bells, but that voice was too illusory, not of this world.

At that moment, a huge black shadow slowly appeared beneath Shun's feet, as if some enormous creature was rapidly surfacing.

Shun hurriedly flashed toward another direction. The instant he left the black shadow's range, a massive pink ray fish burst through the mirror-like water surface and flew into the sky.

This scene stirred some memories in Shun's heart. A term slipped from his mouth.

"Elysian Star Sea." This was the Elysian Star Sea. Yes, that was right. Whether it was the surrounding environment or the giant pink ray fish that uniquely belonged to Elysia, the Herrscher of Origin.

For some unknown reason, a voice belonging to a pink-haired girl who was 163 cm tall and weighed 54.8 kg echoed in his mind.

"Wow, so tall, so tall!"

So the place he had arrived at was actually Elysia's Elysian Star Sea? Was this the key to cutting off the connection between the Herrscher of Thunder and the Honkai consciousness?

But wasn't the humanity of the Herrschers supposed to have been awakened by Elysia when she returned to the Imaginary Origin during the Previous Era?

What could he do in this place without an owner? Just as Shun was thinking, the pink ray fish had already circled once in the sky and arrived in front of him.

The thousand-meter-long giant beast charged straight toward Shun, but Shun had no intention of dodging. Its owner was Elysia. Since it was Elysia's, it would not harm him.

Sure enough, when the pink ray fish rushed to Shun's side, it did not attack him. Instead, it tossed him up and caught him on its back, carrying him as it flew toward the sky.

Shun was pinned to the ray fish's back by the exhilarating G-force and wind pressure, but the feeling of freely soaring through the sky was truly wonderful.

This feeling of being able to reach out and touch the stars… The moment Shun stretched out his hand, the giant ray fish carried him rapidly downward.

After being forced to experience a wave of soaring through the nine heavens, Shun was placed back on the ground. Yet he still hadn't figured out what this unusually gentle Honkai beast meant. After carrying him around for a lap, it just returned him to the original spot and ignored him?

It felt like it was toying with him?! No, bro? You came out, carried me for a spin, and then went back?

Shun really wanted to question the ray fish that had already disappeared without a trace back under the water surface, but the water surface was like a barrier blocking his desire to go down.

No, what exactly could he do after coming here? Shun grabbed his own hair, momentarily at a loss. This was truly his area of cognitive blindness. He had only seen this space in Elysia's ultimate and in the Elysian Realm CGs. He had no idea what it was specifically for.

"Pfft, hahahahaha!" The voice that had laughed earlier seemed unable to suppress the emotions in her heart any longer. This time the voice was so real, as if it were ringing right beside Shun's ear.

This voice… sounded really familiar… Since the other party seemed to have no intention of hiding anymore, Shun heard it very clearly.

"I never expected that someone would actually be able to reach this place. Then… shouldn't I give a proper greeting?♪"

"Hi! How does it feel?♪"

Shun's pupils unconsciously widened. His lips trembled slightly as he slowly spoke her name.

"E… Elysia?!" This was undoubtedly a name that could stir the hearts of all Honkai Impact 3rd Captains, and the owner of this name had now appeared vividly before him.

With her usual smile, she appeared before him wearing the outfit of the Herrscher of Origin that symbolized divinity, just like the first time they met.

Although her ten toes painted with pink-purple nail polish looked exceptionally delicate and round, like finely carved works of art that made one unable to resist looking a few more times. And the large expanses of snow-white thighs revealed were full of soft, supple flesh, as if water could be squeezed out of them, radiating an indescribable charm that was truly eye-catching.

But the resolute Shun only glanced a few more times before retracting his gaze and looking upward. He wasn't sure if it was his imagination.

There seemed to be a trace of triumphant expression on Elysia's face. Was he seeing things?
