3rd Pov:
Shikoku moved through her shadow dimension as she aimlessly looked around at the vast dimension she had under her control.
She continues to move around until she reaches a bright light, as on the other side Shikoku's shadow expands, and a black sludge rises from the ground before it opens, revealing the goddess.
As soon as she emerges, the sound of people talking catches her attention. She curiously peeks out from her spot to find three women sparring amongst themselves.
Her ever-going smile turns to a sadistic grin as she sinks into the shadows and slivers around through them.
One of the women seems to have some ability to manipulate water, as she can create a water-shark and weapons she can control with her mind.
Another has an ability related to shockwaves as she lets out a pulse of energy from her palms when she makes contact with her opponent.
And the final one seems to have an ability to return weapons to the user like a boomerang. She uses this by throwing her spear and small knives she has hidden in her pockets, after a certain amount of distance is made the user makes a hand sign as the weapon returns.
'Some of these abilities would be useful for Kuusetsu but with how picky that chick is being, it's almost impossible' She shook her head but an idea struck her as her smile grew more fond, 'I wonder if Xicor can convince her?'
She sighed slightly as she took a deeper look at them, 'they don't appear to have a blessing, what a shame, but I will be taking them regardless.
She shook her head as she broke out of her thoughts and prepared to make an entrance fitting of a god such as herself.
The women continue to exchange blows but as Shikoku's eyes tracked them, they came across a hill with a sharp, pointed rock sticking out of the ground.
'Perfect' she thought as she slivered through the shadows and appeared at the back of the hill, out of the women's view.
Shikoku walked elegantly up the hill until she was in clear view of everything in front of her, the women didn't notice her presence at all, which made the goddess frown a little.
"Greetings humans and welcome to my home" she said cheerfully, "now kneel for this god and maybe I'll keep you alive"
The women didn't speak as they acknowledged the presence of this strange woman, their bodies were tense as they readied themselves for a confrontation.
This woman was no human, even though she closely resembled one, the snakes at the tips of her hair hiss and flick their tongues at them and her overall vibe is radiating malice.
"Who are you?" one of them questions as water swirls around her hands.
"Me?" Shikoku playfully places a hand on her chest, "Why, I'm just a lost girl" she said, putting on a pitiful expression.
They obviously didn't buy it as they glance at each other. One of them reached for their radio but it was forcibly pulled from her grasp as a small swirling vortex appeared in Shikoku's hand before she dissipated the vortex and the radio landed in her hand.
"So this is what you people use to communicate across long distances" she commented as she inspected the tool closely, her smile turned into a small grin.
"Unfortunately for you, I can't allow that" she said, before she crushed the radio in her hand and wiped the circuit that stuck to her hand.
The women stood frozen but one immediately acted as the water around her hands moved through the air as they formed a spear and shot towards Shikoku.
Her grin didn't waver as she simply twisted her body slightly where they went past her on either side, she let out a giggle before lunging forward at the woman who shot those water spears at her.
Her hand blurred at her face before she was dragged through the air and smashed against a boulder. Shikoku pulled her hand back slowly as the woman dropped down to the ground and leaned her back against the boulders' surface.
She giggled again, more sadistic this time before she jumped to the side as she dodged a woman's palm from hitting her.
'The one with the shockwave ability, a useful ability for those in close combat, it would appear that only two will become Kuusetsu's meal, I guess I could give the other one to Jaku'un for fun'
Shikoku was broken out of her thoughts as a spear came flying towards her, the goddess leaned her upper body back as the spear went over her.
Shikoku turned her head to the final combatant while ensuring to track the spear's energy signature as the spear seemed to amit when they are travelling through the air.
'Must be a boost in its strength, so that might be she's weaker in close combat' Shikoku thought as she waited until the woman formed a hand sign.
Shikoku moved almost immediately as she opened a dark portal in the spear's direction. The spear travelled through the portal until Shikoku closed her hand, and the portal shrank until it disappeared.
She quickly used her other hand to open a portal behind the woman as the spear came rocketing through and aimed directly at the woman but a large water hawk scooped her up and out of the way.
The spear came directly for Shikoku as it was about to pierce her face but Shikoku gave it a cold look before quickly lifting both hands and clapping them together with the spear's blade inches from her face.
She glanced at the woman who threw the spear before throwing the weapon aside as it sank into her shadow.
"I think I'll have fun with you" she said, a sadistic smile grew on her face.
Two of the snake tips drop off as they convulsed and grow in size reaching about the size of a Shuuki, their purple-scaled skin almost matches Shikoku's as it gleams in the moonlight's glow and their red eyes flash with predatory instincts. They let out a ferocious hiss, while showcasing their dagger-like fangs at the two women.
They immediately got to work as they slivered forward fast, too fast for them to keep track.
Shikoku never took her eyes off the woman who threw the spear at her as she brought her hands close together and the same swirling vortex appeared, but bigger and stronger.
"Black Spiral" she chanted as the vortex began to pull the woman off the ground and towards Shikoku.
The woman gritted her teeth as she threw two knives at Shikoku they were grabbed by her snakes on her hair and thrown aside but as soon as she threw them away, the woman quickly formed the hand sign as they were redirected back to her.
Shikoku cut off the vortex and lunged forward to strike the woman as she tried to raise her guard but Shikoku vanished.
The woman tried to find her but it didn't take long as a small spike with thorns decorating its surface pierced through her stomach.
Her eyes went wide as she slowly looked down at the spike before slowly turning her head to find Shikoku's smiling face.
The woman attempted to use this final opportunity to stab her but she didn't have time before one of Shikoku's snakes bit her thigh and falling unconscious.
Shikoku yanked the spike out of the woman as she stared at the blood decorating it. Her hand seemed to have transformed into a weapon before she returned it to her original hand yet it was still stained with the blood of the woman.
She turned her attention to the other girls who were struggling to defend against her snake summons, "Oh my~, this will be a show to behold" she commented before she looked around like an excited child.
"I hope he's watching~" she said before she spotted one of Xicor's birds perched nearby, watching all the chaos unfold.
A giddy smile appeared on her lips as she held her flushed cheeks, "Did I look cool? Was my entrance perfect?" she questioned herself before coughing lightly and returning to the humans though her eyes would glance at the bird as she adjusted her pose.
She shook her head and watched the fight unfold. One of the women had two balls of water floating above her as they flew into her hands, like a mental command.
As soon as the water coats her hands and elongates until they have the form of whips. The woman swung down on the snake with one of them but it easily slithered to the side before the second one came swinging and wrapped itself around it as she swung it to the side and into a rock wall.
Soon the smoke from the impact slowly gave way to find that it was no longer there, the woman blinked for a second, 'Did it die just from that?' she thought.
Her question was answered by the snake crashing out of the ground and coiling around her like a boa constrictor would do with its prey.
The woman struggled to breathe as she let out gasps every time the snake would tighten its hold. It brought its head closer, its red eyes stared deeply into her as it slowly opened its mouth, ready to devour her.
The other woman jumped away from the snake trying to bite down on it though her attention was stolen by her teammate about to be devoured.
Her eyes went wide as she immediately began to run over but she didn't see the purple reptilian tail come swinging at her and knock her into a wall.
Shikoku slowly walks towards the struggling woman in the snake's grasp with their wounded and unconscious friend in her own grasp.
She presents the woman as a trophy to them, "Looky what I got~" she said, making sure to catch their attention.
As she said this, her hair extended as the snakes slithered towards the girl caught in the snake's grasp before its small fangs bit down on her, injecting the venom through her body as she went limp within a second.
Shikoku smiles with satisfaction before walking slowly towards the impact zone where the other woman is. As she stood about 10 meters from the impact, the woman came lunging out with renewed strength and smashed her palm against Shikoku as she was skidding back.
Looking at her work, she clicks her tongue in frustration as an ornate small shield appeared where she hit her but the impact alone didn't only care the force as it could go through it and attack things past it.
Meaning that the impact landed despite Shikoku putting up a shield, although there was no pain, there was certainly anger at being struck and allowing herself to lower her guard and what's worse of all, she was seen by the others, a mistake she will not make again.
Her teeth silently ground against one another as she glared at the woman and more power leaked from her body. The woman was brought to one knee as the pressure smashed down on her, she couldn't look at being in front of her but as soon as she did a knee went smashing into her face.
The woman plummeted through 2 walls as Shikoku, formed a swirling vortex in her hand and pulled the woman out from the wreckage of the rubble and towards her at fast speeds until she threw a punch into the woman's stomach.
The woman dropped to the ground as she held her stomach before vomiting on the ground, dangerously close to Shikoku's feet.
She narrowed her eyes before grabbing her by the hair and lifting her as the woman's limbs were restrained by her snakes, "As much as killing you would please me the most, you are worth something so I'll settle for your friend after this" she said as her snakes injected the venom and forcing the woman unconscious.
She scoffed at them as her snake avatars slowly became black slugdes before sinking into Shikoku's shadow. The snakes on the tip of her hair grabbed each unconscious individual before sinking into her shadow.
She travelled through the empty dimension as she replayed that fight in her mind, 'those humans, even without a blessing, landed a hit on me'
She unconsciously rubbed her stomach from where she felt the impact, 'if I were pregnant, I would be worried though it's a good thing I'm not'
She continued to travel before making it through the other side. She looked around her familiar home as her eyes landed on her consort making his way over.
"...How was it?" Xicor asked cautiously with a hint of worry, afraid that any word would offend her.
Her smile grew soft and fond as she walked toward him and wrapped her arms around him, burying her face in his chest as she took a deep breath of his scent.
His arms wrapped around her as the familiar warmth spread across her form, "I was just caught off guard, no need to worry, it won't happen again" she said after she pulled back to peck his lips.
"Though I did learn that humans gain a temporary boost in power depending on their emotions, to be able to land a blow without a blessing is concerning so we should spread the word" she firmly said before she turned her attention to the three women in her grasp.
"Two of them will be presented to Kuusstsu, I was hoping you would convince her?" she asked as he nodded, "Sure, I'll try but you know how picky she is" he said as the goddess sighed.
"What about the third?" Xicor asked.
"She'll be given to Jaku'un so she can run her experiments" she answered as she reluctantly pulled back, "Well then, shall we go my dear~" She held out her hand as he took it without hesitation.
They walked through the hall, hand in hand until they reached Kuusetsu's room to find her in front of the same mirror, checking herself out until she noticed the couple in the reflection.
She turned happily to them as she hopped in place and let out happy gurgles, her attention shifted to the three women in Shikoku's grasp.
"Kuusetsu, I've brought people with useful abilities for you, so you can grow a body like mine and the others as well as grow stronger" Shikoku said as she placed the one with the water ability and the shockwave used on the platform in her room.
Kuusetsu stared at them for a second. Xicor and Shikoku glanced at each other before he was about to say something but was cut off as Kuusetsu opened her mouth and the tentacles grabbed each woman and brought them into her body.
She sat down on the platform as her body vibrated as the couple watched on with curiosity, her body began to shrink as it took on a more feminine look.
What now stands in the walking eggs place is a woman with a face of a mixture of innocence and sultry, her long light blue hair reaches down to her waist with red streaks at most tips, and on her head is a crown of small horns curving up. Her light blue eyes scanned her new body with excitement before they landed on Xicor.
A wide smile grew on her face as she leapt at him, "Xicor!" she yelled as Xicor screamed before he was smashed against the wall by a blue blur.
2 Days Later:
Xicor sat at the edge of a pointed cliff, his leg hanging loose in the air. His eyes were closed though occasionally his head would turn slightly and his brow would furrow in curiosity and interest.
Xicor processed the information he was shown by the birds for the seventh time and his interest was drawn to the woman who felt a mixture of human and Shuuki and above all, was interested in the fact that he found the oni or Unihorn as it's called.
While Xicor is not using the birds for viewing in real time, he can review the footage they have obtained, like a video on a phone waiting to be viewed.
His expression relaxed as he opened his eyes and stared down at the 7th unit dormitory, he watched Yuuki Wakura and Himari Azuma drive off through the barren lands of Mato.
His eyes were concentrated on the boy as whatever the woman wanted, she seemed to have wanted him as she attempted to reach out for him.
If he finds the woman, he'll be able to take on the oni and finally settle the score with that creature. The only one to bring this woman out is that boy.
Xicor follows the vehicle, ensuring that his presence is hidden as best as possible. They drove for about 15 minutes as they chatted with each other until the woman brought her phone up to the boy.
Xicor couldn't see it clearly, but the surprise on the boy's face might mean it could be valuable or it's just the woman blackmailing him.
Soon, they came to an abrupt stop as the woman jumped out of the vehicle and stuck her hand out to the boy as he joined her.
Xicor blinked as he thought back to how Kyouka used her ability, 'abilities can't be the same, so what the hell is she up to?'
The boy hesitated but Shuuki began to break out of the ground due to the amount of sound these people were making.
Yuuki grabbed Himari's hand before licking it but instead of a bright pillar of light, a swirling tornado violently shook the arena but it was pushed away by some unseen force to reveal Yuuki's new form.
It was similar to his first form of but it was slimmer and leaner, like the build of an athlete. His lower garments were similar but small to match his build and around his neck, hiding his collar, is a long scarf going out in two loops.
Xicor took in the new appearance but his gaze turned to Himari with narrowed eyes, 'Is her ability to copy a peach ability? Not only that, it seems that the ability has different changes, depending on the user'
He brings a hand to his chin and strokes it as his mind runs through different theories, Is it possible that this ability can be lent for a set period of time?'
A crow landed on his shoulder, answering to his mental command, "Overwatch the boy" The crow didn't cry out but it flapped away in the distance as it perched on a pointed rock, poking out of the side of a mountain.
'I guess I should test their strength against a clone with a cursed technique but which one?' He stroked his chin as he watched Yuuki move around like a blur.
