The vast, boundless ocean was as clear as a sapphire, shimmering with a golden brilliance under the midday sun. It was a delightful sight, the kind that promised adventure. Propelled by a steady sea breeze, the Dream Chaser cut through the waves, leaving a long, frothing white wake in its path. Its destination: Reverse Mountain, the gateway to the legendary Grand Line.

Inside the main cabin, the crew was gathered around the navigation table. Captain Satori sat in a high-back chair, swinging his legs with a bored rhythm and letting out a long, spiritless yawn. Nami and Sanji, however, were far more focused, their eyes scanning the complex charts spread before them.

"According to the map, the only way into the Grand Line is through this canal on Reverse Mountain," Nami explained. She pointed to a slender blue line cutting through the mountain's topography, her brow furrowed with skepticism.

"But how can a canal go up a mountain? Ships don't exactly have legs to climb with," Sanji remarked, stroking his chin. "I've heard that entering the Grand Line is a filter for the weak. Many pirates fail and sink before they even see the other side."

Nami nodded, her expression grim. "If the rumors are true, this ascent will be the most dangerous part of our journey. But the Red Line is an enormous landmass. How do we find one tiny canal in all that rock?"

Just as the two fell back into contemplative silence, Captain Satori let out another thunderous yawn, breaking Nami's concentration.

Bang!

"Hey! Captain Satori!" Nami shouted, delivering a sharp, comedic blow to the top of his head. "We are discussing the fate of this ship! Try to look like a Captain for once!"

Satori clutched his head, looking like a scolded kitten. "I know, Nami! But if we can't find it, can't we just sail along the wall until we see it?"

"Idiot! We'd be sitting ducks for Sea Kings or Marines!" Nami retorted.

Clang!!

The ship suddenly rocked with such violence that the water glass on the table tipped over. Satori's reflexes kicked in; he snatched the glass mid-air before it could shatter, while Nami stumbled, barely catching herself against the table leg.

"What was that?!" she cried, rushing out onto the deck to survey the horizon.

The transformation was chilling. The clear sapphire sky had vanished. In its place, thick, ink-black clouds rolled in like a heavy curtain, turning the world a suffocating gray. The gentle waves had transformed into a stampede of white-capped horses, crashing into the hull with terrifying force.

"Is that…?" Through the hazy salt spray, a towering, cloud-piercing red wall appeared in the distance. It stretched endlessly to the left and right—the legendary Red Line.

"Nami! The rudder is locked!" Sanji shouted from the helm. He was wrestling with the wheel, his muscles straining, but the mechanism felt as if it had been welded shut. "The current below is pulling us in!"

"The current!" Nami's eyes lit up with a sudden flash of insight. "Of course! We don't need to find the canal; the sea is already bringing us there! We've boarded a massive up-current!"

Realizing the danger of the rising wind, she immediately issued orders. "Captain Satori! Furl the sails, now! If the wind catches them, we'll capsize!"

"Understood, Nami!" Satori blurred into motion, leaping up the mast to tie down the canvas with practiced ease. He landed back by her side with a grin. "What's next, Nami?"

"Just hang on!" she shouted back, her eyes fixed on the churning water ahead.

Rain began to fall—raindrops the size of beans pounded against the deck like a thousand drumsticks. Then, through the deluge, she saw it.

"Look! The canal!"

In the distance, a massive waterway on the face of the Red Line climbed straight upward, defying the laws of gravity. It was a stairway of water ascending into the heavens.

"Sugoi! Upward-flowing water!" Satori exclaimed, leaning over the railing with wide-eyed wonder.

"It's like something out of a dream," Sanji muttered, though his hand remained steady on the useless rudder.

"Brace yourselves!" Nami warned. "If we miss the mouth of the canal by even an inch, the current will slam us into the Red Line and smash us to splinters!"

The ship sped toward the mountain. Suddenly, a violent whirlpool formed to their port side, the ocean's gaping maw threatening to swallow them whole. The Dream Chaser was shoved violently off course. The bow swung away from the canal, aiming directly at the jagged red rock of the continent.

"No! We're going to crash!" Nami's pupils contracted to pinpricks, her face pale with terror.

"Move, you piece of junk!" Sanji roared, throwing his entire weight against the wheel, but it was futile.

At that moment, Captain Satori jumped onto the side railing. His tail wrapped around the wood for stability as he leaned his body out, perpendicular to the ship. He cupped his hands at his waist, a brilliant light beginning to pool between his palms. His expression turned fierce and focused.

"Ka…me…ha…me…HA!!!"

Boom!!!

A blinding blue energy blast erupted from his hands, trailing behind it a meteor-like tail of light. The massive recoil of the energy wave acted as a powerful thruster. The force transferred through Satori's body into the hull of the ship.

Like a toy pushed by a giant hand, the Dream Chaser shifted mid-air, its trajectory snapping back to the center of the waterway. In one swift, heart-pounding motion, the ship plunged into the up-current and began its soaring ascent toward the peak of Reverse Mountain!
