After parting with the chunin , Raiden slowly made his way toward the commander's camp. Along the path, the activity of the other ninjas had increased noticeably. After all, this was the heart of the camp—main tent to many Jonin and the commander's tent.
As he walked, several passing ninjas nodded in his direction, and he returned their gestures with a slight nod of his own.
Though he wasn't a Hyuga clan member and thus lacked some of their specialized abilities, his reputation as an elite Chunin and a skilled sensory ninja still preceded him. His combat skills were solid, but more importantly, he was cautious and mature, not hotheaded. Most of the ninjas had a good impression of him.
When he reached the gates of the commander's camp, he approached the Chunin on guard and announced his appointment. The guard said nothing, simply gesturing for him to enter—Raiden had already been expected. Without a word, Raiden stepped inside.
Inside, he found four people engaged in discussion. The moment they noticed him, they fell silent. Raiden's eyes quickly scanned the four people in front of him: in the center sat a man in his early twenties with sharp, dark hair and a lazy, indifferent air; to his sides were a pale-blond man with a serious expression and a broad, honest-faced man. Beside them stood a Jonin wearing a medical insignia.

The silver-haired boy straightened his posture, approached them, and spoke.
"Hello. Isshi Nara, Koro Yamanaka-senpai, Saki Akimichi-senpai, Hajime-senpai."
They all smiled at him warmly.
"I've been waiting for you, Kaiden," Isshi Nara said. "How's your recovery going?"
"Yes, yes," Saki chimed in, his tone cheerful. "How are you feeling, kid?"
Raiden wasn't surprised at their casual demeanor; he was familiar with them, after all. He returned their smiles. "I'm fine. I'm recovering. But the captain and Suna… they were seriously injured."
Isshi let out a small sigh but spoke calmly. "Don't worry. Hajime is treating them."
Isshi had seen countless injuries and deaths over the years. As a commander, he had to remain strong and lead the camp, even if he didn't possess the raw power of strong top jonin His intellect made up for it, and that's why, even in his late twenties, he had already earned his position as commander.
After attending to minor matters, the conversation returned to its main topic.
"Since your team members are injured, you'll be temporarily reassigned to a new team," Isshi said. "Koro will lead this mission. You'll be scouting and assisting with the barrier setup."
Raiden wasn't surprised by the transfer. What did surprise him was that Koro was leading. Koro, now head of the Intelligence Department, wasn't usually on the front lines. If he had to lead this mission personally, the situation at the frontline must be serious.
Seeing Kaiden lost in thought, Isshi spoke as if reading his mind. "Don't worry. It's not that serious… yet. We only need to scout and assist the barrier team. Like your s other teams were ambushed recently, and though the enemies weren't particularly strong, the situation was dangerous. We just need to ensure that they can't set another ambush.
We've coordinated with other members while you were resting. Meet your new team and in three days; be ready to set up then."
Raiden nodded. "Understood." He bowed slightly. "I'll go now."
After leaving the tent, Raiden's presence faded from view, and the four inside resumed their discussion.
Once again, the conversation turned to Raiden.
… Raiden is a remarkable kid," isshi said quietly. "Talented, smart, and has the right mindset. In a few years… he could become a top Jonin. Maybe even reach the level of Jiraiya, Tsunade, or Orochimaru. And even if he falls short of them, he'll still be a pillar of the village."
"But he has to survive," koro added grimly. "We can't even be sure we would see tomorrow."
All though there aren't many large scale war 4 villages has already seen konoha isn't strong as before and 3rd hokage can't handle all of it.
Although sakumu is handling wind village front but he is alone and their 3 rd kazekage isn't weak as 2 nd hokage, although sakumo is promising he cant handle all of it. And tsunade, jiraiya and orochimaro hasn't fully grownup and if all village attack recklessly we would be in trouble.
A heavy silence filled the room. All of them let out quiet sighs.
