In the front hall, Denise helped Uncle Charlie set up the table while looking in the direction of the backyard.
She was a little curious and didn't know what the chairman would say to Christopher.
Soon, Nathan and Christopher came in together.
"Chairman, dinner has been set."
Denise stepped forward and said.
Nathan nodded and walked over. He sat down in the main seat, but saw that Christopher was still standing by the side without any intention of taking a seat. He pulled a long face and said, "Sit down, everyone."
Denise then looked at Christopher and reminded him, "Chris."
Christopher didn't look at Denise, he just found a seat and sat down expressionlessly.
Denise sat next to him.
Nathan's gaze fell on Denise.
"Denise, how have you been at the TV station recently?"
"Thanks to the chairman, everything's going quite smoothly."
