Hearing this, Christopher turned around to look at where the voice had come from.
A police officer came out from the office. He probably didn't know what was going on and went forward to stop them when he saw someone trying to take the suspect away.
Christopher looked at the police officer.
"Are you sure?"
His eyes were too cold and his aura was domineering. The police officer was stunned and did not dare to speak.
Just then, someone approached the officer and rebuked him.
"Mike, what's wrong with you? This is Mr. Bateman, he's a high-tech talent Tomaville invited over."
"But Sir, he is taking the suspect away."
"What suspect? She's Mr. Bateman's wife."
After being reprimanded by his superior, the police officer stepped aside in a hurry.
