"Why? Didn't you abandon her for this purpose? Now, your wish will be fulfilled."
Christopher was quite angry.
Ben was stunned.
"Abandon her? Aren't you the one who abandoned her?"
"What's that supposed to mean? Don't spout nonsense just because I don't remember anything. This is a rare opportunity, you won't get another like it. Think carefully."
God knew how tough it was for him as he struggled to make a decision.
