Yasmine and Tania had already climbed out with help from the ropes, but Tessa remained below, still catching her breath in the muddy pit.
Zane stayed close, his hands gentle on her waist.
Then Valen lowered himself down carefully, followed by Zephyr in his human form after shifting back.
The space was even tighter now with three of them around her, but none seemed in a hurry to leave.
"We should get you out," Tessa said softly, trying to sound firm even as her body still hummed from what she and Zane had just shared.
Mud clung to her skin, and her torn clothes barely covered anything.
But the way they looked at her—Zephyr's heated eyes, Zane's intense gaze, Valen's steady hunger—made something twist deep in her belly.
"This time we are all together," Zane murmured, voice low. "And we want you so badly. Let's do this."
Tessa's heart raced.
She shook her head at first.
"No... not here. The others are waiting right above. We can't."
