Michael called a bodyguard over, pointing toward Vivian and her infant son. "Escort them safely back to the Sin residence." Handing the car keys to the bodyguard, he blocked Evelyn from getting into her own vehicle.
Evelyn had no choice but to wave goodbye to Vivian. "Go ahead back first; I'll be home a bit later."
Vivian glanced at Michael Thorn. With Evelyn in his care, she knew everything would be fine. Nodding, she pushed the stroller over to Evelyn's car and left with the driver.
On the way back, Genevieve called her husband, Alen Sin, and filled him in on everything that had transpired at the mall.
Once he confirmed that his wife and son were completely unharmed, Alen immediately headed to his car, dialing his sister's phone on the way.
"Big brother," Evelyn answered as soon as it rang.
Slipping into the driver's seat, Alen said bluntly, "Hand the phone to Michael Thorn."
