Allmight knew the answer before the question came. He was a hero. He thought about it the whole night.

Trusting Akira came easily. That child may be inexperienced but she has the dedication and heart. And the smarts to pull through.
And Recovery girl had been his aid for years. He knew her from the bottom of his heart.
They would not fail. Trusting a comrade is part of a hero. And he was the top hero of Japan shouldering the title of a symbol.
So when Nezu asked him, the answer was immediate. There was no hesitation in his eyes or voice.
" I do. I trust my student to not fail. Nor Recovery girl. I am ready for the surgery at any minute." His eyes held a resolution and honesty that could only be imitated by a soldier readying himself to fight a war for his country.
Akira felt like she was struck by a lightning. ' This man trusts me that much!?! Dude! We met like 3-4 days ago! That's.....you can't just trust everyone you asshole! What if I'm a freaking spy sent by AFO!? You can't just trust....'
Akira stared at him wide eyed. But at the back of her mind, she felt like a monster.
To be trusted so easily within days of meeting. What would he feel when he would inevitably see her in the villain's side in future.
Even if she was just going to infiltrate the villains to slow them down, what would these people feel when they see her on the other end as an enemy. How would Keigo feel?
But it's needed. If she did not do that, it could become catastrophic. Shigaraki's death meant someone must take his role. Original Shigaraki was a complete idiot which benefitted the heroes in the long run as they got time to prepare.
But.....if someone with even small functioning braincell take his place, the hero society would not know what hit them.
She knew the real dangers here. She could not sit quiet and let her brother take fall at any point. And now the same applied for her friends and..... Allmight..... and Aizawa.
She made her heart to give her absolute best in the surgery. To make sure it the error on her part is completely zero. A little time for study is enough. She could learn every last component of the lost organs. And remake them perfectly.
And....to become the villain who controls the other villains until he healed.
Then another thought hit her. This man was not just any man.
He was the symbol of peace for longer than her two lifetimes combined.
He was someone who takes everyone's burden and carried it with a smile.
He was someone who was used to giving, to carrying..... without asking anything in return. Someone who never puts even the slightest weight on others and carried everything by himself.
Just like... Keigo.. And she wanted to cry. Of happiness or pain, she did not understand.
She would have to go back home, tell Keigo everything and cry and sleep in her brother's arms. That would be the first thing she would do after she went home today.
Hunt him down and cry for a while. Preferably an hour. Or two.
" Even if you are ready now, Akira chan is still a child without any prior medical experience. She will learn from me until I see her ready to aid in the surgery. " Recovery girl said firmly as Akira felt mildly offended at the first sentence.
Then hearing out the full thought, Akira calmed down as her reasoning kicked.
She realised she was as stupid as Firecracker and felt deeply disappointed in herself. Ofcourse Recovery girl needed help in surgery. She can't just give organs and leave.
But she soothed herself by saying she was never doctor to begin with, so she wouldn't know the procedures.
So she decided to study them.
