Jiang He looked on with an odd, silent expression. For a moment, he actually felt a bit conflicted about whether he should remind Alexis of one simple fact.

As Alexis's voice fell, the figure of a bald female skater clad in white and purple briefly flickered. She and the Etoile Cyber already standing on the lake's surface flew together into a swirling yellow, blue, and green vortex above!
Soon, a burst of light erupted, and a mature woman with long black hair, dressed in a revealing crimson and white outfit, emerged from the rotating cyclone. Wearing a pair of sharp ice skates, she landed gracefully on the surface of the lake in front of Alexis.

Responding to the command, Cyber Blader gave a sharp cry. In an instant, she began to spin, transforming into a piercing human tornado that swept across the water toward the massive card shadow set in front of Jiang He!

The massive card shadow flipped over immediately upon being targeted. A golden light shone, and a blurry figure began to manifest. Before anyone could see it clearly, it was temporarily obscured by a "bang" as a cloud of fire and smoke from the explosion erupted.

She would simply overpower him with a strong monster! She would force Jiang He to watch helplessly as his precious Royal Magical Library was destroyed!
The 2100 ATK of [Cyber Blader] was just enough to overcome the high 2000 DEF of Jiang He's Royal Magical Library!
Seeing the seemingly "shocked" expression on Jiang He's face, the smile on Alexis's face grew even wider. With this, the victory was hers! "Why would that slacker boy have that monster face-down?!" Crowler was equally dumbfounded from afar. Was this really an Exodia OTK deck?!
"The effect of the Obnoxious Celtic Guard is that he cannot be destroyed by battle with a monster that has 1900 or more ATK. Therefore, Cyber Blader's attack is effectively negated," Jiang He explained with a shrug.
He really hadn't expected Alexis to pull such a "flashy" move. She had gone through the trouble of fusing a 2100 ATK monster just to attack a card that was immune to it.
"..." Alexis and her friends were speechless.
"..." Jaden and Crowler also realized the extreme awkwardness of the situation.
"One of the fusion materials for [Cyber Blader], [Blade Skater], originally has exactly 1400 ATK," Syrus muttered to himself, thinking over the mechanics. "It could have actually destroyed the Celtic Guard.
If Lady Alexis hadn't fused and had just summoned [Blade Skater] to attack, she probably could have destroyed Jiang He's face-down [Obnoxious Celtic Guard]. Then, she could have used the other material, [Etoile Cyber], to attack Jiang He directly..."
Syrus's monologue hit Alexis like a physical blow. She had completely misread the situation, and what she thought was a genius play had turned into a blunder.
