Chapter 1 - Prologue

Adam was 17, living a life that was ordinary. His days were simple: School, home, repeat.

And if there was one thing he genuinely looked forward to, it was the quiet moments after a long day—sitting alone, watching anime, reading manga, or playing video games. That small routine was his escape, his comfort, the one thing that made life feel a little less empty. He was also a science guru, he has been fascinated by the way the universe worked, and he was actually smart.

It was an ordinary night, just like any other. He went to sleep.

And then he woke up—

Somewhere unfamiliar. The walls were plain, the floor cold beneath his palms, and soft morning light streamed through a window he didn't recognize. His heart started racing as he pushed himself up.

Where… am I?

Before he could make sense of anything, a floating screen appeared before him. Words flickered across it:

[You have transmigrated into the world of My Hero Academia. Please choose a number from 1 to 10.]

"Huh… transmigrated? Am I dreaming?" I muttered, staring at it. The screen didn't respond; it simply hovered there, waiting.

He hesitated, then said, "Uh… seven, I guess."

The moment he spoke, the screen shimmered.

[7 – Jujutsu Kaisen]

[Please choose one ability from Jujutsu Kaisen.]

Then it hit him—memories of a childhood in Musutafu, A completely different life. His memories didn't clash—they merged into one.

"So… I really transmigrated into My Hero Academia… in the body of a 6 years-old kid, Nagato Araki." I exhaled, trying to calm the rush of thoughts.

[You will get a random trait/ability.]

"Random? I don't get to choose?"

[NO]

"What if I get something useless?"

[BEGGARS CAN'T BE CHOOSERS]

"You didn't have to write in in All caps"

'It is not too bad I guess… there are some really strong abilities in jujutsu kaisen'

Gojo's Limitless.

Sukuna's slashes.

The Ten Shadows.

Todo's Boogie Woogie.

...

"Wait… but how is that going to work? There's no cursed energy in this world."

[It will work]

"And I have to take you word for it ?"

[Yes]

"Right...sure" I exhaled

"Are Domain Expansions included?"

[Domain Expansions are an extension of innate cursed techniques; therefore, you won't get a Domain Expansion.]

"Well… that's convenient," I murmured.

[Do you wish to draw? Yes or No]

"… Yes."

The air shimmered again.

[You got The Six Eyes.]

"Ok, I guess" I said nonchalantly.

Suddenly I felt a slight headache.

I leaned back against the bed.

The ceiling fan above him spun at exactly 114 rotations per minute.

Nagato didn't count.

He simply… knew.

The information existed in his mind the moment he looked at it.

And it was exhausting.

A dull, persistent ache settled behind his eyes, like a constant reminder that his brain was working struggling to keep up.

But It was tolerable.

The kind of discomfort you could ignore… until you couldn't. Like carrying a heavy backpack over a long distance. At first, it felt manageable. Then, slowly, it wore you down.

Nagato exhaled and closed his eyes.

The pressure vanished completely.

"…Gone?"

He stayed still for a moment, savoring the relief. No strain. No noise. No overwhelming flood of information.

But when he tried to open his eyes again—

The world returned.

Along with the headache.

"…So that's how it works."

He frowned slightly.

Nagato pushed himself up and glanced around the room before grabbing a piece of cloth from a nearby chair. It was thin—hardly enough to block out light completely—but it would do.

He tied it over his eyes.

Darkness should have followed.

He could still see.

"…Huh."

The room appeared before him as if nothing had changed. The walls, the furniture, the faint light filtering through the window—it was all there.

And more importantly—

No headache.

Nagato blinked behind the cloth, a slow grin forming on his face.

Enough to ease the burden.

He turned toward the mirror.

His reflection stared back at him—cloth covering his eyes.

"I look like a chunni," he muttered under his breath, letting out a quiet chuckle.

Imagine going out like this.

Not that it matters. This isn't my old world.

A place where the most prestigious academy in the country is run by an intelligent rat… yeah, I think I'll be fine.

Reaching up, he pulled the cloth off.

The headache returned instantly—but he ignored it.

His eyes met his reflection.

And froze.

"…What?"

They weren't the same.

His irises had turned a vivid, unnatural blue—clear, almost luminous.

"Even my eye color changed…" he murmured.

For a moment, he simply stared.

Then—

"…Let's push it a little."

He raised his hand, and focused on his finger tips.

His vision sharpened.

Details expanded beyond what should have been possible.

And then—

"…No way…"

Tiny marbles and fast-moving particles orbiting around them came into view — in overwhelming clarity.

"Wow... atoms !"

Then—

"Agh—!

It hit instantly.

The dull ache exploded into something sharper, crushing against his mind. His focus shattered, and the world snapped back into place.

"…Yeah… that's not free," he muttered, breathing unevenly.

So that was the trade-off.

The deeper the focus—

The greater the cost.

He reached for the cloth and pulled it back over his eyes.

Relief washed over him instantly.

His shoulders relaxed as the pain vanished, leaving only silence behind.

"…Much better."

For a moment, he stood there, thinking.

In theory, I should be able to perceive things at an atomic level—analyze everything with absolute precision. But right now? I could barely sustain it for a few seconds.

"…Still," he murmured, a faint smile forming.

"This is exciting !"
