Chapter 1 - The Beep

The headboard kept crushing onto the wall and Darius wasn't slowing down.

"Oh, now that's feels good! Yes... Uh, what the fu***ck! Uuh! Gosh-"

The dark haired Mafia girl was moaning on the bed as Darius rides her high pounding into her mercilessly.

"I bet dad goin' to kill you once she heard what you did to her - oh-." She screamed as Darius started thrusting deep. "Now, you're doing it right!"

"Don't worry Princess I'll make sure you won't forget this night either," answered Darius looking down at the pointed ass of the beautiful mafia slut who arched herself so seductively that Darius forgot the risk he had put himself into with the daughter of Ramon, one of the most feared Mafia lords In Eden.

"I like you," he said as he neared climax.

"Tell your father what happened—it's nothing personal. Or take my number and forget this ever happened… and we can continue, if you want."

""I'll take the—e-e—sec—second—opt—oh, yesss! Keep going, love!"

Darius was speeding up as the girl's speech become irregular and uncertain. It was like he was about to break her waist untill he slowed down. And started taking it easy bit by bit untill he stopped.

Looking down, he saw she had already passed out. Darius jumped off the bed, pulling on his shorts and trousers. Just then, his phone beeped…

The red sign showed, " security breach!" That was the alarm for security set ups in his home

Someone had broken into his home.

He moved fast.

In one smooth motion, he slid on his watch, buttoned his shirt halfway, and paused for just a second. His eyes drifted back to the bed—to the mafia girl still tangled in the sheets, her body barely covered, breathing slow like the world outside didn't exist.

A faint smirk touched his lips.

"Your father's going to kill me when he finds out what I did to you…" he muttered under his breath. "Still… I'll be back for another round."

He picked up his stylish glasses from the nightstand, slipped them on, and walked out without looking back.

The door creaked open to reveal the place for what it really was.

Not a hotel.

Not even close.

It was a low-end, neon-lit motel buried deep in the rotten veins of Eden's undercity—a place where the lights flickered more than they shined, where the walls were stained with secrets, and where nobody asked questions as long as you paid in cash.

The hallway smelled like cheap alcohol, smoke, and regret.

Outside, the streets were alive in the worst way—sirens in the distance, shadows moving between alleyways, and deals being made behind the law's watch.

A flickering streetlamp struggled to stay alive above the motel entrance.

And beneath it…

His car waited.

A low-slung, blood-red Aurex V12 sat beneath the flickering street lamp, its body gleaming even in the broken light, like it didn't belong in this part of the world.

The engine purred to life with a twist of the ignition, a low, familiar rumble that spoke volumes about its raw power and Darius complete command over it.

As the dashboard lit up and screens flickered on, the Aurex V12 settled into its optimal setting. Darius clicked his seatbelt into place, a practiced motion. He was ready. With his hands gripping the wheel and his foot finding the pedal, the car was set to move.

Then, the engine roared to life, a deep, menacing sound that sent tremors through the entire chassis. Darius slammed his foot on the brake, anchoring the vehicle against the imminent explosion of force, while the accelerator was pushed to the floor. The Aurex V12 pulsed, like a wild animal straining against its leash. When Darius released the brake, the car shot forward, the road beneath them dissolving into a blur.

"Estimated arrival: twenty minutes," the car's system intoned, smooth and emotionless.

"Let's see who's bold enough to toy with my security set ups," Darius muttered, pressing the turbo-charge button.

The Aurex V12 lunged forward, its restrained growl now a predator released.

Within minutes, the Under City fell behind them. Broken neon and cracked asphalt gave way to clean, lit skyscrapers that that reflected onto Darius gleaming glasses.

"Approaching destination," the system said, almost conversational in its precision.

Darius didn't reply.

"Destination reached," the system announced.

The garage doors folded silently into the walls, swallowed by the building as if it had been expecting him all along. Darius slid out of the Aurex V12, the soft click of his shoes against polished stone echoing faintly in the cavernous space.

The skyscraper rose high above the city, a sleek glass-and-steel structure reflecting the lights of Eden below. Most of it was filled with offices and luxury apartments—he owned only the top floors, the crown of the building where the city spread beneath him like a map.

He didn't seem to rush, even as his phone kept buzzing with the same security notifications.

From the garage, he walked to the sleek elevator, the biometric scanner gave its okay, and the doors slid closed.

And the ascent began smoothly.

The elevator chimed softly as it reached the top.

He stepped into the penthouse lobby, the city spread out behind the glass walls, glittering like a circuit board. Everything looked normal — too normal.

A faint smile stretched his lips.

"You call me all the way here," he said, voice sharp, almost amused. "And now you're hiding from me? You think you can ambush—"

Two throwing knives sliced through the air from his right. He barely twisted, the blades grazing past him with a hiss, embedding themselves in the polished wall behind. The faint metallic ping echoed through the penthouse.

He quickly turned—and there she was, a nocturnal figure dressed entirely in black, her gaze like a silken trap holding him fast.

A mask, as dark as a moonless night, hid half her features, leaving only those mesmerizing eyes to dominate the surrounding darkness.

She moved closer, her hips swaying with a cat-like fluidity, a wicked glint of metal flashing in her hand, juggling a knife as she moved closer.

A low chuckle rumbled from Darius's chest.

"I should have known it was you!"
