Nato was shocked because his adoptive father immedeitly goes to the crowd were Nato was located, Out of anger, Nato shouts at Kith,'' Father, were you supposed to be at the village, taking care of my two brothers,'' Nato said angrily
After that, Kith at his dischevaled state, instantly lowered his buckets full of carrots and dropped it on the ground, The carrots were covered in mud and other plant based soil that was submerged on the carrots, Kith said to his adopted son, '' You useless boy, you talking back to me whilst I've been carrying carrots all day, and this is the kind of message you respond to me, I lost my right hand because of my country, and now, this weird symbol that was miraculously placed on my chest caught any attention to you?'' Then, Kith did an unexpected twist, he ripped out the bandages at his right hand, vigurosly taking off the bandages that was protecting him and healing him from his wounds, Right after that, Kith removes the bandages from his right arm, showing a severed arm that was sliced in half, whilst bleeding from the insides
The crowd were shocked because the farmer showed his arm being chopped off and leaving it half, they felt disgusted because the amount of blood was poured at his right arm made the crowd lose its temper and physically avoiding kith from exposing his severely hand wound showing to the crowd, The right hand was severly bleeding becayse Kith performance made his injuries got worsened, and shows that Kith determination at his adopted son made his mind go blank, Nato saw this an was shocked because he risked his life over an argument about his adoptive father, Nato mind completely filled with edges and turns, like his mind was overexceeding with thpughts and problems about this life
Finally, Kith said to Nato in a cold expression, '' Nato, this is the true art of war, one wrong move will change four perspective in this world, Each decision Nato will end in a undesirable fate''
As Kith said his final words, Kith collapses to the ground and began fainted out and lose unconsiousness, One person from the crowd saw Kith laying on the ground, unconscious, began approached at Kith and began checking his pulse, he tightly gripes Kith left hand, hoping to see Kith alive or not, Out of surprise, His hand became colder and his heartbeat finally stops, Kith grueling eyes made the crowd more horrified from what they saw, Kith died due to blood loss, all of that because of Nato foolishness
As an aside, Kith is a retired soldier that serves at the war, He was the one who rescued Nato and his two brothers from death, Nato and his brothers were lying on a scrapyard, vigorously hiding at the corners, hoping to end the battle and not to get spotted by the enemies, Kith saw the boy hiding at the piles of junk, Despite the injury that Kith faced that time, he used all this strength to carry the three boys to the safety camp, During the rescue operation, he lost their battle against the Dagas Ragion and lost his right arm. Despite they lost the battle, Kith presence didn't lost and saw this battlefield as a sign of victory.
The reason of Kith did that because Nato is scared of the war, he always didn't return home and provide support to his two brothers, he is always lazy and being scolded at Kith and at the top priority, Nato is scared to serve to the army of Alborn due to Nato's cowardliness, and his underconfident about himself, Kith is always caring from Nato's two brothers, he is struggling everyday, always carrying the heaviest material whilst being at a injured state, He still serves to be a farmer just to get every ounce of food and currency, he didn't care about his self now, He just wanted to save Nato's two brothers and provide a loving care from his adopted family. And since Kith is a man of war, Kith showed the true nature of war, showing its horrors and struggles that it provides, And Kith proved that his death is more meaningful than his life.
Nato saw this and began bursting his tears, his foolishness were the one who cost this, He didn't provide support to his family, like he abandoned his own sanity to this world, His only hope of surviving suddenly collapsed to his very own hands, He didn't betrayed his family, he betrayed his discipline towards others, He saw his dying adoptive father still resisting the pain that he been through, The courage to sacrifice his own limbs just to rescue Nato and the others, He didn't die peacefully, his death shows a meaning for Nato, The meaning is that his last words show how terrifying the war is, All the struggles and horror were merged in one place. All his trauma coped in this very existence. The war lasted for exactly 11 years, during that there were no peace and prosperity, only war
Out of fear, Nato was left with tears as he saw Kith sacrifice, he think that he is behind all of this chaos, the leaderboard system, and the death of a soldier that once saved his family from the war. Amist the chaos that soar at the crowd, Nato didn't hesitate and left the crowd, He sprints all his might because of the trauma he faced during that time. He lost his sanity during the war, until now
The people saw Nato left the scene, immedeitely saw him sprinting away at full strength whist holding back his tears because of the pain that he been through, The people from the crowd muttered at the fleeing boy saying things like ''What a cruel boy, he didn't felt any pain from his father, and yet he ran away of his cowardiness'', ''What a spoiled kid, he should be ashamed from himself, he didn't do any good for his family, does he felt any remorse?''
Instead of chasing a stubborn boy, the people let the boy go, surviving his own because of his mischief behavior, the people of Alborn abandoned the stubborn boy, and the people called him ''Useless Boy''
