After handing Loki and Thor to Odin, Sol leaves without any explainations. Lying alone in his bed chamber, he stares at the ceiling, reminiscing about his previous life on his normal universe and his arrival in this world.
He closes his eyes, letting his past memories resurface.
Sol was originally from Earth, a normal earth where no magic, superpower or God existed. Even the science was primitive.
Just like any other day he woke up to go to work but instead, he found himself in a dark space, unable to speak, see or even move.
At first, he thought it might be sleep paralysis but even after what felt like hours, he still couldn't move.
Only later did he realize that whatever this was it wasn't sleep paralysis and that the body he was in was that of a baby.
No one knows how long he stayed in that state but one day a sudden brightness enveloped him and he was moved from that dark space.

For a moment the light was so bright he couldn't see a thing, but as time went on things started to look more visible.
"What the—?"
He saw two strange men looking at him at first he creeped out but then recognition hit him. The two men were young Heimdal and young Odin, staring him with curios eyes.
How did he know them?
He had been an avid fan of marvel movies and he was easily able to recognize them with their names floating above their head.
What surprised him even more was the system interface in front of him, where the words Sun God System were displayed in bold letters.

As he was going through the system interface, odin picked him up and looked at him with sharp calculating eyes
"So… he's my son now?" Odin asked.
"Well, according to Mimir, your son was destined to be born today after devouring a star. I searched all day, across the Nine Realms. He was the only one born under such an omen." Heimdal explained.
"Well… it is what it is. I'll take him and introduce him to my love. You stay here, Heimdall."
"As you command, my king."
As Odin walked away with the child in his arms, young Heimdall turns toward the guardian of the Bifrost.
"Your help is greatly appreciated, on behalf of the prince," Heimdall said, his voice calm and respectful.
The guardian smiles as he starts speaking
"With those all seeing eyes, you are the perfect candidate to become the next guardian of the Bifrost. You should consider it. I have served AllFather Bor since we were children. But i fear my time is nearing its end. I want you to become my successor for the sake of your prince… and for asgard."
Heimdal goes into deep thought, after a pause , he finally spoke "l would be honoured… to train under the guardian."
While odin brought sol to show him to frigga for approval, Sol was preoccupied with something else entirely.
He had started his 10x draws on both the limited and general pools.
